I’m annoyed. I got there and waited 35 minutes to even be greeted or served. People have lunches that they want to get a quick bite for. But they prioritize their DoorDash orders and that’s what the lady was doing while I was the only person in the lobby. On top of that a combo through DoorDash is $19 compared to in-store being 12 for the exact same. Ofc they prioritize those orders because the restaurant inputs the amount.

I left this place with cold food for me and my father. Maryelin has the worst customer service and she’s incredibly rude. If I return to this place and she’s there I will leave. When I ordered there were no other customers. I went next door to get a smoothie. When I returned she was working on multiple orders. I watched her finish my order and start and finish other people’s order. When my order was complete and ready to go, it sat there for 5 mins. I asked her if she can bag my food since it’s ready. She put her hand up to my face and told me to hold on then she proceeded to put down meat for 3 more sandwiches and completed those. My food still just sitting there. I had to wait for her to finish all 6 other orders. Then she brought all the orders to the counter one by one. When she finally bagged my food, she didn’t even hand it to me. No, she set it down in front of another customer. If this is how they train their night crew I will not return at night. So by the time I get to my car of course our food is cold. And while I was ordering my food she speaks to me in Spanish. I don’t speak Spanish.
