Normally I love Charlie’s with Sarah at the front desk. Just seem like she was having a horrible time before I got there, which is normally fine. We all have bad days But on top of waiting over 15 minutes to receive my order the order was Completely wrong I asked for ultimate fries. The fries seem like they were older and there wasn’t even any ranch on them. I ordered a chicken teriyaki with simply mushrooms and onions. The sandwich came back completely wrong and when I came to the desk to let them know they just offered me a sorry and literally. 1/10 seriously
