He spoke very fast and so quietly that it was almost impossible to understand him, and he did so with a clear bad attitude. This made the interaction very uncomfortable. I do understand English, but when someone speaks in a low voice, rushed, and without any effort to communicate properly, it creates a frustrating experience for the customer. The only reason the situation was manageable is because a young woman noticed what was happening and kindly helped translate. She was the only one who provided good customer service. I am leaving one star solely because of the discomfort caused by this employee.

I spilled a drink by accident and they immediately went in to clean up and assure me it was ok. Super awesome experience!
