Clearly they mistake me for DoorDash and not a human customer because as soon as I say Chicken and Rice they literally tell me to stop talking. I don't notice place very well so I asked them there's no customizations? They say no it's all pre-made. It isn't pre-made they're making it in front of me. I argue with them and try to read the order but they keep stopping me. When I finally get to the cashier I stop everything and I make sure that the order is correct for my wife. They start to read it and realize she is customized her order. They throw in a few extra ingredients. I asked them very directly " Is there anything in this bowl that is not in her order? " They ask if I want them to remake it and I repeat the question and then they just remake it. That is completely insane. The wonderful cashier with the gold nose rings really helped me out. The elderly woman who was rushing me through the line for no reason and didn't speak to me in English or in Spanish... I have no idea what was going on in her mind. There was no rush and there was no side work and there was nothing and no reason for her to treat me like that. I have to imagine they treat every door dash person like an animal from my experience here. I've been to other locations and the experience has been totally different. It's just this location and just this one person.
