  Great spot if you love Chipotle type of setting but with a Mediterranean twist. Super fresh options for bowls and salads. The staff here was very friendly and helped with a few delays in the kitchen. Food was delicious and the atmosphere was great. Oh try the pita chips! Officially addicted!

  During my initial visit, I encountered some confusion regarding the ordering process, specifically the sequence of items such as salad and rice. The salad station was located behind the serving area, and this was not communicated to me. Additionally, I found the portion sizes to be rather small, making the cost of a single bowl seem disproportionately high. In the future, I will opt for a simpler selection. I must commend the pita bread, as it was truly exceptional.

  When I arrived to pick up the order, I was informed that the restaurant had run out of both chicken and steak, which were the primary proteins for every entrée in the order. Because the main items were unavailable, the order could not be fulfilled as placed, and no comparable substitutions were acceptable for the group. This was not a partial inconvenience — the core of the order was unavailable, rendering the entire order unusable. As a result, I did not receive the food I paid for, which resulted in a $90 order needing to get refunded through the app as they advised it couldn't be done in person. What a mess.

  Let me start by saying I love CAVA. I love the fresh ingredients and the flavor is great. What isn't great is being rushed through my order with an attitude. All for what? For this guy to stand around and play on his phone? I've worked in restaurants for years. When you have time to lean, you have time to clean. And clearly, they needed it. Mahdi, do better. I don't think your body language was sympatico with the CAVA vibe.

  Came in to try for the first time . Customer service was horrible the whole crew is talking no one came up to greet us or even a hi or welcome in. When finally noticed this young man came up and just gave a head gesture. the funny part is i was in the mist of greeting him , but I stopped mid sentence because he continued to give the same head gesture . I decided in that moment I wouldn’t be giving my money to this establishment and left .Free will is amazing stop giving your money to establishment and workers who have no manners. No care to even create atleast a decent experience when you walk into there job to help put money into your their pockets !!!!!!
