I came a bit early for my pick up order so I just waited and watched them make the order. I noticed they were like already pre closing by 9:45. I asked for a side of garlic dressing from one employee and was told that they had none. So i payed extra attention when another employee was making my bowl so after he finished my bowl i politely asked if I could have a side of garlic dressing again and then was told that no there was none so then i asked him if there was any garlic in my bowl since I had put that on my order. I just found it a bit upsetting that even though they completed my order that they did not inform me of the missing item and passed it off as if the order was completed fully. I also did notice that some employees had nails on which does not conform to food safety regulations. Update: It doesn’t help that supposedly they close at 10:30. but as of currently I have started eating my bowl I come to find a plastic wrap in my bowl so that’s just even more upsetting now .
