  Anek was so friendly and welcoming! I haven’t been here in a while and I was able to try their new chicken shawarma bowl and it was absolutely amazing! Definitely will be coming more often again!!

  Good food but it's so slow, and a pretty crappy experience in general because the staff look like they hate their lives and it's more lively in a cemetery than asking them for something. Also wanted to scan for points (I did) and she still charged me. Great job

  Horrible staffing. Extremely rude staff. Placed a to go order and said it was ready at 5:30pm, got there at 6:00pm. I waited where you pick up the to go’s for more than 5 minutes before the staff even acknowledged me. She would not make eye contact with me. The order still wasn’t ready. Asked the lady how much longer till it’d be ready and she ignored me, walked away, and started making another customers food. I could have ordered there at the counter and it would have been much faster than ordering to go.

  I had an incredible experience at CAVA today! The service was amazing, and I especially want to thank Kaiden, who was working the line. He was friendly, attentive, and made my order with care. Great job, Kaiden—thank you for making my visit such a positive one!

  I wish this would allow me to rate in negative stars…this was my second attempt and it was as poor as the first. The problem is that everyone there moves like swampwater and has the personalities to match. I have had better interactions with a corpse. Last time we were there, one person fixed each plate start to finish even though we were together, at the pace of a snail, zero interaction, zero motivation, zero effort, zero energy, zero anything!!! Meanwhile a line behind us to the front wall. Another person was futzing around filling letuce but making no attempt to help or adress the guests or anything! Today, much the same although I ordered online to avoid the previous; yet… food was not on te pick-up shelves and I had to wait as several employees moved about deliberately avoiding eye contact (and yes only one person making the orders) until after waiting on several customers the cashier finally looked at me, without any conversation as I stated I had a pickup order and my name. And then getting home; the order isn’t even complete. No pita and I ordered double chicken, it’s barely a single order… I will NEVER go back there; especially when there are much friendlier and better options nearby. My go-to is Fresh Kitchen which is directly around the corner!!!
