  I had an amazing experience at CAVA thanks to Andrew. From the moment I walked in, he greeted me with genuine kindness and great energy. He was patient while I decided what to get, gave helpful suggestions, and made sure my bowl was made perfectly. You can tell he actually cares about the customers and takes pride in his work not just rushing people through the line.

  I’ve had several frustrating experiences at this location. They’re often out of basic items like chicken, steak, and rice, which makes it hard to even order a normal bowl. On top of that, the wait times are long, and the staff were chatting with each other instead of helping customers. It just feels disorganized and disappointing every time I go

  Order pick up yesterday, order not ready on time entire staff rude - ask girl for food she looked at me crazy then go to to go station no food in shelf I go to grab bag - dark skin women starts going off “don’t touch that what is your name” I tell her my name she said “we don’t have that” Mind you my food was to be done 2:15 now it’s 2:20 these people all arguing w me . I pull my phone out load up my receipt then they magically have my food. The bowl had the wrong dressings The veggies were brown They used extra sauce to cover the brown veggies. The food looks disgusting versus Lake Mary location ALWAYS HAS MY SAUCE IN CONTAINERS AND THE VEGGIES ARE NEVER BROWN. Really disappointed in this location- know it isn’t the best part of town but I was trying to give them the benefit of the doubt - stay out this location if u want fresh food made to order that actually matches what u order.

  I always get cava from Winter Park and SODO, this time I came to Colonial and the bowl portion was half of what I always get. When I questioned at the cashier she had an attitude and told me to get/pay for extra food. Also, the food does not taste as good and has less flavor than the other Cava

  CAVA never misses. I ordered a bowl with both chicken and steak, loaded it up with all the toppings, and finished it with the harissa and the date vinaigrette. The flavors were unreal. The chicken and steak were both seasoned perfectly, everything tasted fresh, and the toppings added the perfect crunch and balance. That harissa gave it the right kick without overpowering the bowl, and the date vinaigrette tied everything together with a sweet, tangy finish. It was honestly one of the most satisfying bowls I’ve had in a long time. I’ll 100% be ordering this again.
