  Elisa E was amazing. I came in just 15 minutes before closing, and she was incredibly considerate and kind. She’s a perfect example of what a great server should be. Welcoming, professional, and genuinely thoughtful. She made me feel comfortable and taken care of, and her friendliness really stood out.

  Service was excellent. Bread served warm with olive oil and spices. Had the shrimp scampi, seasoning was rich and full. Mashed potatoes cooked to perfection.

  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ This restaurant delivered one of the best customer service I’ve ever experienced 👏✨ Jimmy, you’re an absolute sweetheart 💛 Thank you for going above and beyond to correct my order last year, coming up front to greet me personally, offering such a sincere apology and a treat 🫶. You are truly the kind of manager every restaurant wishes they had 👔🌟 Then, yesterday when I came in for dinner, I had the pleasure of being taken care of by Amanda 😊 , who took my recently expired coupon with your approval. What a delightful young lady! Warm, funny, and incredibly efficient, with outstanding customer service skills 💫🍽️ I had an amazing dinner, and she never missed a beat... refills, bread, food , everything was always on point 🥖🥤👌 Thank you, Amanda! I have never had a bad experience here, but you both deserve recognition ! Looking forward to my next visit to Carrabba’s ❤️🇮🇹

  I have a son with a severe allergy. I called the restaurant ahead to inquire about options and safety concerns and spoke to your manager, Priscilla. She let me know that almost everything was made in house and she could ensure she we could find god options. When we came in and made the server aware of our situation, Priscilla came to our table to check in with us and assure us she would go back to the kitchen to be 100% certain our concerns were handled. Which is exactly what she did. I can't say enough about how caring and professional she was. Our server was and great, and so was the food, but your manager really blew me away. Thank you so much.
