There was only one couple ahead of us and then it was our turn. Our party of four greeted by everyone from the host to the person that brought our drinks, warm bread with herbs, our charming server ANTHONY, the friendly lady in the fusia Carabbas shirt and various runners. We experienced EXCELLENT customer service. Kudos to this team; keep up the good work, guys!

They fostered emotional intelligence, and pure kindness. I knew I had to share this experience with the manager (Trevor). He was so happy, yet not surprised by the feedback. It was clear he appreciated his team, yet was proud to hear what I had to say. He said “ thank you so much for this compliment. I will be sure to acknowledge all of them.” My engagement with Trevor told me wjat kind of leader he is. This restaurant is running smoothly, authentically, and many people could learn from him and his team. I’ll be calling corporate, and will share an email with the District Manager. It felt so good being out to dinner, and being surrounded by positive workers. Well done!
