- C8Cyn 871 day ago1.0On 1/11 at 5pm we sat there for 30 minute the host sat my party of 6. We waited 30 minutes no one came to take my order or even offer water. We went to the host and asked who was our waiter. She went to look and asked the red haired boy to be our waiter and she she sighed and rolled his eyes. So because no one wanted to wait on us we picked up and left. There was no manager no one available and the restaurant was empty. Many on their phones talking and no one wanted to work. I suggest corporate should have a professional development on hospitality and customer service.

The consistency in quality is wonderful and the environment is always delightful whether it's a busy evening or slow early afternoon. My husband and I have been going to Carrabba's since 2009 for special occasions and we look forward to many more celebrations to come.
