  I don’t know what happened but this BWW, is terrible for Service. Don’t sit at the bar, even when it’s not crowded, sat there for three hours. Had to beg to get two drinks and the wings did not taste good at all. I’ve been a BWW Fan for a long time but this location has a huge opportunity to improve.

  We arrived at about 12:20 when the restaurant closed at 1 am, but unbeknownst to us, last call was at 12:30. We went to the bar to get a drink and the bartender (Black woman with natural hair) told us to get a table and refused to serve us at the bar even though there were guests sitting there. No one came to take our orders at the bar top table until after 12:30, when then we were told we couldn’t order an alcoholic beverage. It was obvious the bartender did that on purpose because she was ready to go home instead of doing her job. Terrible service. If she didn’t want to work until the end of her shift, maybe she should find a different job.

  Pouquissimos servers, que ficam totalmente sobrecarregados com o tamanho do retaurante. Os pedidos chegam frios e murchos e as bebidas quentes. Especialmente a cerveja, que fica no bar esquentando porque os funcionarios não sao suficientes para o estabelecimento.

  Here’s a revised version including that it was ordered through Uber Eats: --- **⭐️ 1/5 — Horrible Experience Through Uber Eats** I ordered Buffalo Wild Wings through Uber Eats, and it was one of the worst food experiences I’ve had. I specifically ordered the 20-piece boneless wings with fries — half Honey BBQ and half Mild. Instead, they somehow threw in a *Hot Blazin’* wing, which completely ruined the whole order. My sister is two weeks away from giving birth, and even she ended up suffering from the extreme spiciness. That one mistake affected everyone’s meal. To make things worse, the fries were dry, old, and tasted like they’d been sitting out forever. For the price, this was beyond disappointing. Between the careless mistake on the wings and the terrible quality of the fries, this order was absolutely unacceptable. Buffalo Wild Wings really needs to do better, because this experience was a complete letdown. I definitely won’t be ordering from them again.
