Everyone in the place were waiting forever to get their food, and my wife’s order was incorrectly made (the server recorded the order correctly - the kitchen messed it up). The food was good when we finally got it, but it was a journey. I’m not sure if they were short-staffed or what, but the kitchen service was not up to par.

We could not get her attention for the longest time to ask to switch our food to togo. I just wanted to leave. She Told us we cant get all flats. Told us we cant mix lemon pepper and buffalo. Thats why we came here because another location did it and it was fantastic. Im just really confused, how yall can keep business at this location with her horrible attitude. Also the chicken wings still had feathers on them. No bueno.

Emergency exit alarm had a low battery and was whistling loudly every 45 seconds. Staff had no interest in addressing it. Food was below expectations. And the place wasn't even busy.
- EWEric W.Oct 25, 20251.0This is the second time I have been to this location where I have waited about 15 minutes to not only be seated, but to even have someone approach us about a seat, only to walk out because of lack of service. If I was the owner of this establishment, I would definitely have oversight on this issue. If it has happened 2 out of 3 times I have been here, im sure it has happened many times with other people as well. Lost in revenue. I most likely will never return at this location. When half of the restaurant has open tables, you offer people a seat. It is better to have the guest sitting down waiting for food at a table, rather than having them just standing around with absolutely no server's approaching you. Just standing there being ignored for about 15 mins is enough to make most people walk out. Common courtesy is essential in running any business. You might want to start training your staff this aspect.
