  We absolutely love this place! It’s become our go-to spot for date nights. The food, ambiance, and service are all top-notch. We truly appreciate Sophia’s attention to detail and hospitality.

  It was pretty loud. We were almost the last customers of the day. The music playing over the intercom was particularly loud. My food portion was somewhat small. Kind of Flavorful but not significantly so. I had Street Tacos. Now that chocolate caramel drizzled martini was out of this world.

  All in all we were disappointed. Server had just gotten a 20 top. We stood until someone finally walked up and said sit where you like. Sat there for quite a while until the young man that had the 20 top asked if he could take our order. Saw several other servers and bartenders that could have offered to help the guy, he had a great attitude even though he was way overwhelmed. Food was decent, runner brought out food without silver, never had anyone else ask if we needed anything. It appeared a few more waitstaff came in close to 6:00. I think I would go elsewhere based on this experience… booths were in pretty bad shape, could have actually snagged clothing, again rough experience overall. Does corp BWW ever get out to see what’s going on? Perhaps more $ on staff and upkeep and less on cool commercials?

  This was a very disappointing order. The wings were not fresh and all the sauces were dumped on top, making everything soggy instead of properly given in sause cups. The food is not eatable, I had to throw the entire order in the trash. This was a total waste of money. On top of that, my order was incomplete — I did not receive the 3 Spicy Chicken Dippers or the Cheddar Cheese Curds that I paid for. There were also no dipping sauces included at all, despite being part of the order. This was clearly not prepared fresh and shows a lack of quality control. For the price, this experience was unacceptable. I expect either a refund or proper resolution.

  When someone has a heart of service, it becomes clear rather quickly that your interaction with them is going to be delightful. Savahanna, our server embodies the epitome of a guest forward approach. Specifically, she knew her menu well enough to suggest a drink both my wife and I thoroughly enjoyed. She also made sure we ordered exactly what we wanted, even though we had no idea what that was! Finally, her sincere care has guaranteed our return and great word of mouth to Buffalo Wild Wings on University Blvd!!
