  Slow service. Took a long time for my food when I did get it the waiter brought it over said this is your food why did you say it wasn't I told him no one came and asked us so he gave us the food that was sitting for 20 minutes it was very cold so I ask him for hot food and the even messed up on my husband wings so they had to remake them took for every to get refilled on drinks server did not care about us at all if I needed anything I had to get him ahead of time to get it or I would have went without 😞 to tell you the truth they were not that busy only had a total of 6 tables in use.

  Service sucked. Food options sucked. They were completely out of all lettuce, so no salads of any type. My partner asked for bone in wings and the server said it’s an up charge. That’s fine, agreed to it. Then she brought out two things of boneless. We weren’t upset mistakes happen. Just asked for bone in and she said that she thought we wanted boneless. But we had a discussion about it? So no idea what she was talking about. She was bothered about it for some reason and grabbed everything off the table and walked off without saying anything. There’s way better options in this area

  The experience here was horrible, the floor was dirty and there were tables that were not getting attended to, food was cold and they were out of burgers, and wraps, low on chicken tenders, boneless wings. This was beyond the worst experience we ever had at Buffalo wild wings

  We had a wonderful dining experience, made truly exceptional by our waitress, Lynn. From the moment we were seated, her service was warm, attentive, and professional. She was knowledgeable about the menu, offered great recommendations, and checked in at just the right times without being intrusive. Lynn’s friendly attitude and genuine care made us feel welcomed and well taken care of throughout the meal. The food was delicious, but her outstanding service is what really stood out and will bring us back. Highly recommend this restaurant—especially if you’re lucky enough to be served by Lynn!

  First time diner. We originally went to another location but the staff were so rude that we left and went to another location. Another family that was at the first location showed up less than 5 minutes after us with the same complaint. The 2nd location was so much better. Our server Daniel was awesome. My family loved the food. I on the other hand didn't so much. There was a hair in my food and Daniel quickly and politely replaced it. I didn't care for the parm garlic at all. Even seemed to spicy for me. My son graciously offered me half of his sandwich which was fantastic. Apps were great too. Will visit again when we are in Orlando.
