  We have always loved BWW and looked forward all day for this meal. I placed a take out order and it was ready on time. I asked for plates, etc. for the 6 of us because we are staying in a hotel. The front desk person attempted to help by giving us to go boxes to use, but a "higher up" person told her no and would only give us 3 small to go boxes. ( Not plates or anything useful.). After I go back to the hotel: 1) None of the 3 salads had any salad dressings even though they were requested and 2) the boneless wings were supposed to have the sauces on the side (because the grandkids do not each them with sauces) and they ALL had sauces on them. So, the salads were not eatable and the grandkids would not eat the boneless wings. So, I had to buy expensive food for the grandkids at the hotel restaurant. The poor service cost me more money and food that could not be eaten.

  $85 For 25 wing 3 sodas and a mediocre beef steak. Ordered 10 mild wings for my son that were spicier than my wings. When I mentioned it to the waitress she wanted to argue that they were not hot. To which I replied "Did you try them?" I collect hot sauce and have been eating spicy food my entire Iife. I ordered 15 dessert heat and thai curry and couldn't finish them because someone dumped half a bottle of dry heat seasoning on my wings. The beef steak sandwich was ok I suppose on par with steakums. Worth $85? Heck no. Never again. Probably the reason. It was almost empty at lunchtime, on superbowl Sunday.

  I ordered a ten piece bone in wings and 15 pc bone in wings and all the chicken were horrible. Soooooo dry. I was looking forward to this dinner all evening and it’s like jerky on a bone. Almost like it’s triple fried

  My wife and I were first time diners - and loved the whole experience. We're not huge fans of chain restaurants, but our waitress took really great care of us and our meal of apps was much better than expected - totally hit the spot. The happy hour and specials were amazing! It was a bit sad to see so many families and young adults on their phones the whole time.

  I usually go to the ICON location, but since it is permanently closed, I decided to give this location a try. Unfortunately, the bartender was one of the rudest people I’ve encountered. She appeared to be having a bad day and, instead of handling it professionally, projected that energy onto customers. Interactions were handled in an unnecessarily aggressive and dismissive manner, creating an uncomfortable environment. This reflects inadequate staff training and poor management oversight. I expect professionalism and basic respect in a customer facing establishment. Based on this experience, I will not be returning.
