Unfortunately our waitress thought that we were tourists and mistreated us, I asked to cancel my order and she brought the manager over, Mr. Jess, wonderful guy, he took care of me and my family with excellence, what a gentleman and he gave us another waitress, wonderful lady, very respectful and cordial. Food there is always delicious and portions are big, regular plate feeds up to 4 people. You won’t go wrong coming to eat here. Most definitely we will come back 👍🏼

They are a nice bonus and their birthday desserts… wow! They are massive, delicious, and truly unbeatable—nobody does it like Bucca! We just wish they had a location closer to the Villages, as it’s quite a drive and not everyone can make it there easily. Even we only manage to go about once a year, and it’s always worth it. If you’re looking for authentic Italian with generous portions, great deals, and unforgettable desserts, this place is a must-visit!

The 4 of us would have had to agree on 1 dish as opposed to ordering 2 or 3 and sharing. My daughter in law had a special request and the server and the kitchen accommodated it quickly. My lasagna was delicious but you could tell it had been reheated because of a few scorched areas on the lasagna and the plate. Very good portion sizes.

I order soup of the day and they didn’t have any left.That made no sense to me because we had an early reservation.They had people eating there with 2 dogs, and the dogs was barking the whole time. Manager gave me 10% discount because I told him that the food was not good. The waitress was polite but not very friendly. I would not going back there again.
