  This place used to be soooo good! They completely ruined the Spegetti sauce, it takes like total crap now. It’s actually worse than Olive Garden if that’s possible. Obviously Buca’s is trying to save a buck on the sauce now but I hope they enjoy losing business. After 15 years of being customers, we are done and never going again. So disgusting

  Kailyn was such a positive presence to start off our meal. We ordered mozzarella garlic bread as an appetizer and it was delicious. The lasagna and penne à la vodka were our entrees, both full of flavor and hearty in portion. Our overall experience was wonderful and we will be back to Buca! Thanks Kailyn for a great experience!

  This was my first visit at Bucca ever. While the food and atmosphere was good, our server Victoria was exceptional. Her kindness, attentiveness, & knowledge of the restaurant and menu made my visit superb. I'll definitely be coming back thanks to her. I highly recommend you ask for Victoria "Tori" if you visit this location.

  Jessica was very rude our entire dinner. We received the bare minimum in terms of bread, no oil/vinegar/pepper. She never checked in on us and instead gave us our to go boxes mid meal. It felt like we were being kicked out early when it was still over an hour until close not to mention there were seven other parties still eating. This was only made worse when she dropped the check on us again mid meal with the tip encircled and turned the lights off on us. We felt very unwelcome and it left a sour taste in our mouth. Disappointing because we love the restaurant and were actually celebrating our anniversary but I guess we will have to support other businesses.

  My family and I have always chosen Buca as the place to celebrate important occasions. Today, we went to celebrate one of those special dates; however, we had a very disappointing experience with the restaurant staff. To begin with, the host did not even greet us. Later, our server, Nayera, was inattentive and unprofessional. We asked to be moved to another table because the seat cushion was completely worn out and had no padding. We also asked for the bread that is typically brought to the table before the meal, but it was not provided. Instead, our food arrived first, and the plate was placed on the table in a careless manner. The bread was eventually brought by the host who had received us. When we mentioned that we were expecting it earlier, he responded that we simply needed to ask for it. We explained that we have never had to request it before, as it is always brought automatically, yet he continued responding in a dismissive tone. We proceeded with our meal, and as always, the food was excellent. Shortly after, the host brought us the check. The server then returned to collect it and later brought it back without saying “thank you” or even “goodbye.” She simply left the receipt and the card on the table and walked away. At no point during our visit did she check on us to ask whether everything was satisfactory or if we needed anything. Quite frankly, individuals who display such lack of courtesy and professionalism should not represent your establishment. The level of service we received was unacceptable.
