  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I’m giving Bubba Gump Shrimp Co. a five-star review, and this is solely because of Mike, the manager, and Lance, my server. First, hats off to Mike. In my 10 years of dining at Landry’s restaurants, he is one of the very few managers I’ve encountered who genuinely seems to love his job. His attitude toward guests and the way he leads his team was hands down the best I’ve seen at any Landry’s location. The entire restaurant had an incredible energy, and I give Mike full credit for that. I couldn’t help but notice how thoughtfully he interacted with both his staff and other guests—it truly set the tone for the experience. Lance was also an outstanding server and incredibly attentive. Before I could even flip my “Stop, Forrest, Stop” sign, he was already refilling drinks or checking to see if I needed anything. That level of anticipation and service does not go unnoticed. I also want to give a shoutout to a young man who was bussing tables. I didn’t catch his name, but he had an incredible attitude and was truly the heartbeat of the restaurant. Watching him clean tables with pride and interact so positively with his coworkers was genuinely enjoyable. The only feedback I have is that while my seafood boil was well seasoned, the shrimp and sausage were extremely overcooked. That said, the service from Mike and the team was so exceptional that I honestly didn’t even have the heart to bring it up. Overall, an outstanding experience driven by leadership, teamwork, and genuine hospitality. I would absolutely return.

  5/5 Stars – Our First Visit Was Pure Magic! We finally made it to Bubba Gump Shrimp Co. and wow—what an incredible first experience! The whole vibe is so fun and full of that classic Forrest Gump charm, from the movie memorabilia everywhere to the quirky signs on the table (Run, Forrest, Run! when you’re ready for the check 😂). But the real star of the show was our server, Doug. He was absolutely hilarious, super family-oriented, and incredibly professional all at the same time. He had the whole table cracking up with his quick wit and spot-on movie references, while still making sure everything ran smoothly and our kids felt right at home. He took the time to explain the menu, made great recommendations, and just had this warm, genuine energy that made us feel like we were dining with an old friend. The food was delicious too—fresh shrimp, generous portions, and those coconut shrimp? Absolute perfection! If you’re looking for a fun, tasty meal with outstanding service, Bubba Gump is a must-visit. And if you get Doug as your server, consider yourself lucky—he turned a great night into an unforgettable one! Highly recommend—thank you, Doug, for making our first Bubba Gump experience beyond fantastic! 🌟🦐

  I haven’t been to this chain in years so when here we decided to go. The wait was nothing and we got a table fast, very nice. When seated there was a host that was obviously sick. He Kept walking where the drink machine was and where wait staff put in orders which was right next to our table. He was coughing and blowing his nose right there. Didn’t wash his hands after. He looked miserable. Wait staff was asking him if he was ok and he said he didn’t feel well. The manager asked if he wanted a cough drop, but no mention to go home since he was viably sick and miserable. I’m sorry working in this type of environment is not ok when sick to his extent. Needless to say I’m now fighting the same type of illness this young man had probably due to him spreading his germs and not washing his hands!! I will never return to this establishment due to the unprofessional behavior! The only reason I am giving this place 1 star is the service was ok and the food was ok. Do better!!

  Visited this location and Doug was our server. Doug was absolutely phenomenal, one of the very best experiences I have had from any server anywhere.and I dine out probably 250 times per year while traveling due to my job. We asked Doug for recommendations on menu items, also had an allergy and Doug was excellent with his recommendations for both food and beverage. Doug recommended the Shrimp New Orleans and it was out of this world. Food was hot and fresh, service was top notch and our every need was attended to. I highly recommend this location and be sure to ask for Doug, he will take great care of you.

  Came and Josh truly represent the pinnacle of service at Bubba Gump Shrimp, offering an experience that was nothing short of spectacular and amazing. From the moment we were seated, they ensured every need was anticipated and met with a smile, demonstrating a profound understanding of hospitality. Their recommendations were insightful, their demeanor was consistently cheerful, and their efficiency was remarkable, ensuring that our meal flowed perfectly. It is rare to encounter servers who possess such a natural ability to connect with guests while simultaneously maintaining such a high standard of professional service. Came and Josh have undoubtedly set a new benchmark for what excellent service should be, and they are, without question, the best servers I have ever had the pleasure of being assisted by. They embody the spirit of exceptional customer care and made our visit truly outstanding.
