  Exceptional Service from Adrien! Adrien was an absolute standout during our visit. From the moment she greeted us, her warm personality and professionalism made us feel welcomed and well cared for. She was attentive without ever being intrusive, and her timing throughout the meal was perfect. Adrien offered thoughtful recommendations, checked in just the right amount, and made sure everything we ordered was exactly to our liking. Her positive attitude and genuine hospitality truly elevated our dining experience. It’s clear she takes great pride in her work, and it shows in every interaction. We left impressed and grateful for her amazing service. We’ll definitely be returning—and we’ll be asking for Adrien’s section again!

  We visited Bubba Gumps on Tuesday afternoon, 18 November, 2025 around 2 p.m. The food was pretty good, especially the bang bang shrimp appetizer. Our waitress was wonderful and very knowledgeable on the menu and the restaurant theme. The main course was ok but the fish and chips could have had some more flavor/seasoning. The one negative issue we encountered was the cleanliness of the receptionist. Before she gathered the menus and our silverware to seat us, she coughed into her hands and then touched the menus and more importantly, our silverware! Needless to say, we had to ask our waitress for new silverware; which she probably thought was pretty strange but she obliged our request pretty quickly. Overall, nice atmosphere and pretty decent food.

  We came to Bubba Gump to celebrate my wife’s birthday, and left wondering whether Doug is actually a server or a full-time happiness engineer moonlighting in seafood. From the moment he showed up at our table, he delivered service so good it should probably come with its own theme music. Doug didn’t just make sure we had everything we needed—he anticipated things we didn’t even know we needed. My wife said it was her birthday, and he somehow managed to turn the entire restaurant into her personal fan club. If Bubba Gump gave out Oscars, Doug would win Best Supporting Actor, Best Director, and maybe even Best Special Effects. By the end of the night, my wife was grinning, our food was perfect, and we were pretty sure Doug deserves a promotion, a raise, and possibly a national holiday named after him. If you go to Bubba Gump and don’t ask for Doug, that’s on you.

  My hubby and I wanted to do a date night and we never tried out this restaurant before and wanted to so went ahead and drove over there. We had the Landry’s select membership and only waited for a few minutes and got sat. I tried to make a reservation, but they only had two times to choose from so I’m not sure why that was so we just came as a walk in. I absolutely loved the atmosphere and all of the Forrest Gump decorations from the movie that was pretty cool to see all that. I got the Alabama chicken and fettuccine pasta and my husband did the crab and shrimp boil and we both really loved the food. Our server Doug was very friendly and helpful and even did some Forrest Gump trivia with us so if you go be prepared! I feel like the prices were a bit expensive, but I think it was worth it and we really enjoyed everything from the service to the food.

  We had the absolute pleasure of being served by Doug during our visit to Bubba Gump’s, and he completely made our experience! From the moment we sat down, Doug went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and cared for. He was warm, attentive, and genuinely kind — the kind of server who clearly loves what he does and takes pride in giving every guest a great time. Doug had the perfect balance of friendliness and professionalism. He made great recommendations, checked in often without being intrusive, and had such a fun, upbeat personality that made our table laugh and feel at ease. It’s rare to meet someone who makes you feel like a valued guest rather than just another table — and that’s exactly what Doug did. He also paid amazing attention to detail, making sure everything came out perfectly and even catching little things before we had to ask. You could tell he was watching over our experience the whole time, and it showed in how smoothly everything went. Doug truly elevated our night — his positive attitude, genuine kindness, and top-notch service turned what could have been a regular dinner into something special. Bubba Gump’s is lucky to have him! If you get the chance to visit, definitely ask for Doug — he’ll take such good care of you. Thank you, Doug, for making our evening memorable — we’ll be back because of you!
