  WHITE BOY ORDERS IN PERFECT SPANISH AND LEAVES WORKERS STUNNED. I am neither white nor do I know how to speak Spanish. This tucked away deli was very delicious and tasted like a mom's love, in the way that it was good but not Micheline star level. It was a happy medium that really showed the integrity of their recipes here. I ordered the beer and rice with a side of plantains, with a pork empanada. The empanada was okay I would recommend just getting the regular food if you come here. If you are looking for truly authentic Mexican food come here.

  I love Bravo and every time I am near I stop to get my Hispanic food. This time I found these bags of tostones and I got me two bags thinking they would last but my husband and I ate both on our way home! Of course, a Coca Cola was a must.😁

  I have Crohn's disease, and can only eat real food. It's a blessing to be able to get hot food, without chemicals or preservatives all over Florida.

  Awful customer service. I bought spoiled meat from the store that was labeled as still within sell by date. Drove all the way back to the store to swap the meat out. I went back and found as close to a near identical swap that was within 4 cents. When I went to the front to swap it out. The cashier did the return and had the 4 cents still owed. I figured due to the inconvenience of the situation that they would let me off for 4 cents. The manager comes over and the cashier ask if its okay to just do a swap and the manager says no and to make me pay the 4 cents which I had to use my card for. Then makes a joke about it to the cashier and walks away without saying a single word to me. This is some of the most awful customer service from a manager I've ever seen. He is a taller bald guy and I didn't catch his name. The cashier tried to be nice but the manager was extremely rude. You guys need to teach the management that smaller gestures such as compensating 4 cents is worth the cost of business.

  A couple of days ago, I visited the Bravo supermarket on Colonial, and it was truly one of the worst experiences. I bought a soup that had a hair in it, and the chicken looked nearly green. When I went back the next day to complain, the supervisor standing at the door—who honestly comes off like a grumpy, bitter person—was incredibly rude and disrespectful. He’s like a sour, grumpy little man who won’t even look you in the eye or speak courteously. There’s a total lack of respect for customer service here. This place is overpriced and absolutely unpleasant, and it really shouldn’t even be in business.
