We usually order the mahi and shrimp combo. The Chilean Seabass is also outstanding. The ambience is nice and quiet, which I truly appreciate. You don’t have to shout across the table in order to hear each other. Our server was quite attentive and humorous without being overbearing. Some specific micro comments for improvement for the restaurant. In general, most people overcook their mahi. As someone who catches it fresh and eats it regularly, I might suggest backing off on the time that you cook the mahi. Also, the men’s restroom had an interesting smell the evening that we were there. I’ll leave that to you to figure it out. This is the Waterford Lakes location in the greater Orlando area.

Okay, made quick adjustment but were then told they had no avocado. What? Come on guys you need to have these simple items...they are on your menu. Let's get on the ball so this restaurant continues to serve the community for years to come.
