  I wish I could give more than 5 starts for service. The whole meal was fantastic. Our server Andrew gave us the best service I have had in over a decade. We were so taken care of, gave us great suggestions, and was so fast with our refills, and ensuring we were good to go. Great attitude, and overall vibe. And the food was absolutely amazing. I wanted to try a dessert if I wasn’t so incredibly stuffed on the amazing dinner. Will definitely come back!

  Stellar service! Came in on a weds and it was packed! Wait time was around 30 minutes inside but the hostess and the manager who assisted got us a table outside in less than 30 min. I came in with my step daughter, husband and 4 month old and I never expected to be serviced so well. Sheila was our server and though she was busy, she was friendly, on point with checking on us and patient enough to support all our needs. It was getting quite warm outside and I was setting my baby down to sleep and Maria (the manager) assisted us with swiftly changing our table to inside with no wait. They were friendly all throughout the night and I would love to come back just to be serviced by them again! Food was great, and over all experience was by far the best with my whole family. Highly recommend!!

  Food was excellent, atmosphere was amazing too. Unfortunately, the service provided by the server (Amy) was not the most appropriate specially on a very special day such as Valentines Day with family. Before getting into details of what happened, I wanna thank Maria (The manager on shift that night, and the front counter girl (don’t know her name, blonde shorthair girl) as they both did an amazing job. If we could’ve tip them instead, we would’ve. First, from the start, we started ordering and she was on a rush and not really paying much attention to what we were ordering, we had to really get her attention to be able to order our food accurately. Then, we noticed there’s only 2 small plates on the table even though we are 4 people and to top it off NO SILVERWARE was available for us to even cut the starter bread or to eat the bang bang shrimp we love ordering from there. We had to ask a different employee to please bring us silverware and two extra plates so we can all enjoy and eat as a family and not have to be sharing our plate so that the other person can eat aswell. On top of that, the Starter plates (Bang bang shrimp and bread) were left on the table even though they were already empty. The server, Amy, walked by a couple of times, even made eye contact and still did not bother to grab the plates so that when the main dishes arrived we would have space to eat comfortably… instead I had to grab the plates and put them on a different table that was still not clean but was unoccupied. While I was putting the plates on the other table, the server (Amy) was about 2 tables down and made eye contact with me as I was putting them down.. I thought she would’ve at least walked by and apologized for that but instead she walked by and didn’t even ask if we needed anything else, she came by once and it was before the main dishes arrived (which were brought by a different employee). By the end of our special family dinner, we already made the decision to not leave a tip, and at the time of paying, she already inputted the tip herself into the machine and was forcing me to hit yes to the tip.. My wife tells her nicely that we do not want to leave a tip, to where the server (Amy) responds with: “Oh, you’re leaving a cash tip ? Got it”, my wife then tells her again that no, we do not want to leave a tip because we felt the service provided by Amy (the server) was not the best. Amy then proceeds to ask why do we think that, and as my wife is explaining her what we notice and the reasons why we chose not to leave a tip, Amy cuts my wife off, and then says “Well next time don’t come on Valentine’s day” and proceeds to slam the receipt on the table to then walk off completely ignoring us. This is a place we love to go as a family and we’ve never had an issue before with any of the servers. But unfortunately it takes one person to ruin the experience completely for a loyal guest. Maria gave us a gift card for the inconvenience and complementary bang bang shrimp for our next visit to which we are thankful for even though that’s not how we expected to end our night. Thank you to the rest of the staff for providing the best service. Amy, you could do better, tip is NOT mandatory, and working on a customer service environment should not make you irritated for when you don’t get a tip.

  Had the Diablo pasta . Presentation was a 10/10 but had no flavor whatsoever besides a little bit of spice from the peppers. Shrimp had no flavor at all . I was expecting it to taste 10x better given how it looked….. UPDATE : the manager reached out to me swiftly and resolved my issue immediately. I loved the service and the fact that they actually took my feedback and not in a negative way. I always leave honey reviews for any place that I visit and service was excellent!!! Thank you again Update: I told them my restaurant was closed in my city and I can pick up gift card instead . Was ignored and problem was not fixed. Hopefully they don’t reach back out I’m over it . Will not be going back nor do I want the gift card.
