  We are visiting Orlando for a few days and chose Boca because of its atmosphere, food, and drinks, which did not disappoint. The Venezuelan food was delicious—this was my first time trying it—and the mojito was excellent. Unfortunately, our experience was negatively impacted by the service. Our server, Kayla, did not come across as warm or hospitable. When I asked a few questions about the menu, there was an uncomfortable pause and a look that made me feel as though I should already know the answers. When she did explain the items, it felt rushed and as if it were an inconvenience. Later, when we requested to-go containers and the check, the containers were brought promptly, but we waited approximately 10 minutes for the check to arrive. While we truly enjoyed the food and drinks, the service left much to be desired. If we return in the future, we would likely order our food to go rather than dine in.

  First time here celebrating my birthday and we all enjoyed it very much. I love the outside patio..very comfy, the food and drinks were great. I had an Amaretto Sour, we also ordered a Caipirinha and a red Sangria. For food we ordered a sample platter, burgers, Lomo saltado and an appetizer platter as well. Our server Manoli was amazing! Always standing by and attentive to our needs. We will definitely be visiting again. Keep up the good work!

  Rude is an understatement, the host a young girl, treated me like I didn't belong there when I went to pick up an order I placed online. She stopped me when I tried to walk in and said what are you doing extremely rude I explain I'm picking up my order she directs me to move away out of the entrance to the sidewalk like this some type of club & i didn't have access, proceeds to acknowledge every other guest & seats multiple parties who arrived after me and never even ask my name for the order. So I sit down waiting 15 min go by and she doesn't say anything to me so I go back up and ask come to find out my food was sitting there the whole time. She didn't apologize and proceeded to take her sweet time to give me my food while making weird facial expressions like who cares. Just for the food to be cold it sucks no customer should experience this.

  La comida fuera de este mundo. La combinación de comida venezolana y peruana solo una palabra “wow” este lugar es definitivamente 5+ Stars. Lo mejor la atención, nuestro mesero, Manoli, sumamente fenomenal todo lo que nos recomendó para comer fue excelente. Su sonrisa nos hizo sentir como en casa. Tienen que venir a este lugar totalmente se lo recomiendo.

  The worst costumer service that you can imagine. Daniela and the manager, I do not remember the name, an old lady with a lot of makeup. Very disrespectful and not friendly at all. First question before even saying hi, or smiling, “DO YOU HAVE A RESERVATION??” Me, my husband, with two small kids. She said she will let me know in minutes and when the manager came, the manager FACE, like I was stupid and I had to know it was a reservation required. She did a No no with her face, and gossip with The other lady, like No, tell her to leave! Very bad!! Nothing like Miami Bocas. DISAPPOINTED experience to be honest. I did not have the chance to try the food, but with that kind of service, NO THANK YOU.
