    We come here a couple times every Disney vacation 2-3x a year. Fabulous margaritas, tasty snacks. Perfect location. Every year, we have the privilege of having Crystal as our bartender. Warm, friendly, wonderful young lady. We will continue to visit as it is on our "Must do" list. Me and my wife will always hope to see Crystal there.

    Ordered a Dole Whip Pineapple and it is a “smoothie” not like a regular Dole Whip. We were also informed they are an outside vendor. No where on sign does it state smoothie like we were informed after asking uninterested employees for refund. They stated they could not change the sign (marker or post it note was beyond their pay grade) and stated they would inform upper management. No where does it state it is not Disney and an outside vendor. Maybe be proud of your company and list how to contact you instead of staying hidden. New issue-double charge - no refund Crystal who was to refund me actually charged me again. We waisted more time the next day and it took 3 more people to issue an actual refund. I suggest using cash if you go as the magic band must be refunded the same way. Tatiana at Boardwalk resort who took us over personally for the “refund” could not do anything magical like issue a $13 gift card. Do not expect Disney to help you with third party vendors but everyone can take your money on the magic band. I am thinking cash from now on as then a refund if needed can be done properly and faster.

    Broadwalk Joe’s Marvelous Margaritas is a fun little spot on the Boardwalk. It’s really more like a beach bar, though they do have pretzels and snacks. The staff are extremely friendly and the cocktails, especially the margaritas are very tasty. A really fun spot to enjoy the Boardwalk.
