- MMMariAug 22, 20251.0Ice cream was good, hence the 1 star. Waffle cup was stale, to the point where it projectile flew across the table and almost hit my friend in the eye. Worker was dry, which I understand, since we arrived at 8:30. As a former retail worker I might understand to a point that it is frustrating when people come in at closing time, but it was indeed in half an hour, and it is no excuse. The employee (which I believe was the manager) once done doing our order in a not so friendly matter, placed our cups on the counter with force and without telling us. Other worker was doing most of the work, cleaning, being polite, etc. Supposed manager was also talking on her personal phone and wearing headphones.

How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
