Made an order at 8:00pm, they wait until 8:50pm to tell the driver that they do not have the requested flavors, and that there is nothing they can do because they are about to close. In less than a week, this is the 2nd time this has happened with the same store.

This place had neither and I was told that they hadn't had vanilla in over two weeks. Great job taking care of your customers. I will move on to another ice cream shop at this point. You are no longer worth the time or the effort. What a way to kill a brand!
- JMJames MichelFeb 17, 20261.0I think the people here deliberately tries to not work every time I come here literally every single day I ask for Oreo cappuccino blast, and for some apparent reason, there’s never any ice cream for it, but when I came one day, I saw the person who takes the orders through the system and I can see her sitting down with her headset, but she’s not even near the counter to see if there’s any ice cream and I saw another car come through. They must’ve told them the same thing for a different item And I saw the car just leave , and it’s literally empty in the store. They need to hire a new staff and management for this locations, they have people who are deliberately pushing customers away to not do anything.

We were told that the green pistachio sauce used on it was "just dyed chocolate" and he was going to use the regular chocolate as they were out of the special sauce for the sundae. The two teenage-looking clerks were less than pleasant and did not know how to change our other after it had been rung. Do not patronize this location.

Can I redeem my birthday rewards at any Baskin-Robbins?
Most of our U.S. shops accept Birthday Club rewards, but not all. If you’re planning to use a Birthday Club reward, you may want to call your local shop first to see if they will accept it.
Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.
Once you are logged in, click on “Family Members” and then “Add a Family Member”. From here, add your family member’s details. You can add up to five family members.

After I sign up for the Birthday Club, how do I edit my account information?

You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
