  A Huge Hit with Our Guests We had a wonderful experience with 4 Rivers Smokehouse and our catering consultant, Sarah. When our guest count changed from 120 to 100, Sarah responded quickly with an updated quote and was incredibly timely, friendly, and accommodating throughout the entire process. She made everything easy and stress-free. The food was absolutely amazing! Our guests couldn’t stop raving about the brisket, mac & cheese, baked beans, and the farmhouse salad. The dessert bar with a variety of treats was also a huge hit and the perfect sweet ending to the meal. Highly recommend 4 Rivers and Sarah for anyone looking for delicious food and excellent service for their event!

  4 Rivers Smokehouse was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding catering. From start to finish, their team was professional, organized, and incredibly easy to work with. Our guests were raving about the food all night—many even told us it was the best wedding meal they’d ever had. They provided a fantastic spread for our cocktail hour, and everything was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. For the reception, the highlight was definitely the suckling pig. It was tender, perfectly seasoned, and such a memorable centerpiece for the meal. The rest of the menu was just as impressive—generous portions, amazing quality, and consistently delicious. Dessert was another huge hit. The mini pastries and cake were the perfect sweet ending to the night. Guests loved having a variety of bite-sized treats, and the cake was moist, gorgeous, and full of flavor. 4 Rivers truly went above and beyond to make sure everything was seamless, and we couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out. If you want incredible food and exceptional service for your event, we highly recommend them!

  4 Rivers is a solid restaurant with a fantastic catering department. Great food, great customer service. I've used them several times for office catering (30+ people). We also have used them last year for a big catering event (120+ people) and they were fantastic. We have the same event this year and we were worried the rain may have to delay, 4 Rivers was super accommodating and helpful. Heidi - the Catering Sales Manager is a true delight to work with. Cannot recommend their catering enough - or just go eat at the restaurant. Delicious!

  Used to Love me some 4Rivers back in the day, was coming in two, three times a week when they were in the garage across the street!! Was something Super special goin' on there then, enough to put up with the parking and the long lines. Back then, the brisket was woo hoo good!! Best Texas brisket outside my house for years. Don't get me wrong, I'm still a fan but with all the growth and changes, the homogeny, there's just something less special; and honestly, I'm really in more like two or three times a year these days. Quality's just not as high. Like today's pork tacos were cold. It's always something. And they're not exactly cheap, so when things happen, it's irksome. Lunch was like $30 for the two of us today so I expect better. Sides have always been for the peckish and I haven't had the brisket since going through a run of disappointments. So I go in for the stuff I can sauce up and I've had some luck with the pork and the ribs. Like the pork tacos too, save for today, but you'll have to ask for them as they're off the menu. I hear that about the roasted corn too but sure enough it was there today; always a favourite. 4 Rivers used to be legendary. Three to me because what was but honestly if I walked in today with complete amnesia, I'd give them a four even with the smallish issues.
