- IIIrisApr 5, 20261.0On April 5th at approximately 1:40 PM, my husband purchased two turkey bacon avocado sandwiches. Unfortunately, the service he received from the cashier was unacceptable. He was charged for two sandwiches totaling $30, but after a long wait, he only received one. When he inquired about the second sandwich, the cashier asked another staff member to prepare it. However, her coworker stated that the order had not been written correctly. At no point did he receive an apology, and he did not feel treated with respect throughout the interaction.

Flight boarding announced—had to sprint to the gate hungry and furious. Third time this month they’ve taken 10+ minutes on a basic order. Used to love their bagels. Now I genuinely hate this place. Inexcusable slowness in an airport. Avoid this disaster at all costs. 0/10.
