  Went to the Dunkin donuts at 1018 E.Colonial and the service was exceptional and the staff was very friendly.I will be back as a regular.

  This morning I made a pick up order #880 to be collected via drive-thru. When my order was collected they only gave the coffee and hash browns. The sticker on the coffee clearly stated 4 ITEMS. When the driver asked, is that all they said "Yes". Sent driver back to get my stuff and now I received all cold food. **UPDATE I JUST WENT TO EAT MY BAGEL EGG AND CHEESE AND BOOM.. WRONG ORDER! ATTACHED PICS.. ALSO OF COURSE I WENT ON APP TO LET THEM KNOW MY ORDER WAS WRONG AND IT DOES NOT WORK**

  If I could give a zero I would. I come in to get donuts with my family and ask for the key for the restroom they refused to give me a key and gave me an attitude. My son ask for the key and they still took their sweet time to give him the key. They refused to give us a receipt as well for our purchase. Overall time was 15 minutes to order and get our donuts. You should really consider getting employees that want to do their job properly and give great customer service instead of giving attitude and refusing to give a restroom key for paying customers.worst service I have gotten from Dunkin’ Donuts.

  Pulled up to the drive thru and was asked my order, had to repeat it over the speaker 3 times due to her getting it wrong. When I get to the window I was asked rudely what I requested. When I mentioned the donut at first they looked at me with disgust and finally got the donut. Had to repeat my drink order 2 times again at the window for the 2 ladies to here and ended up just driving off after the rude service because I refuse to take an order that I feel would have been badly been handled.

  This place makes me think more of a waffle house than a dunkin. 10/10 would come back because of the attitude from this 1 lady who couldnt hear anything properly and wanted to talk about clouds for some odd reason, like lady im here to get coffee and put a coworker sleep and dream about clouds. Honestly the experience was fine but boy was she getting the biggest hard on wanting me to report her but I kept saying no I didn't want to, she gave me my receipt and said "here so you can complain and report me" and my replay was "uh why would I? WITH that attitude it keeps out the people I don't want and I know you'll make my stuff right" short lines and correct orders. Look even if your order is wrong, just take it cause like I said you'll get that waffle house treatment
