  Waited 7 minutes at counter for service, 5 minutes later was told they are out of ice coffee, then 5 minutes to get a refund. Worst part the dude was laughing about it.

  I currently moved into this area and stopped at this location on Monday to get my usual breakfast and coffee, but upon arriving to the drive thru I was greeted extremely rudely both at the speaker then at the window by some young ladies. I guess they just hire anyone they find in the street at this place. Highly do not recommend visiting this Dunkin.

  Dicen q la orden esta lista solo para mantener los niveles y las estadisticas pero no esta lista nunca todas las ordenes de delivery ls hacen al final y si llega un cliente el de delivery se tiene q esperar como si no fuese un cliente tambien que quiere su comida, los clientes de delivery tambien son clientes tienen q atenderlos de la misma manera q uno presencial

  Went in for hash browns and a donut. Girl who took our order seemed inconvenienced by us coming in, told us someone would come take our order while taking inventory. after some time, same girl finally decides to take our order herself. Received the donut right away, donut was fine. Went next door for a smoothie, came back later and asked the dyed blonde mid 30s girl who took our order. “hey, do you know if the hash browns are up yet?” she rudely replied “they would be over there” and pointed to the pickup place on the counter. I then asked “do you know how long it will be?” and she shrugged her shoulders and rolled her eyes. I have been working in customer service for 8 years, I would be fired if I ever shrugged my shoulders at a guest. I’m not even trying to be a karen, i’m just genuinely so over the poor quality of service nowadays. it would have taken her two seconds to reply “i’m not sure how long it’ll be, let me check for you.” I could never imagine rolling my eyes at someone just for asking how long hash browns will be. I’m assuming she’s some sort of manager because she was taking inventory. Train your employees better. & for the girl- get a new job if it really bothers you that much to serve someone a donut.

  This was honestly the worst experience I’ve ever had at a Dunkin’. And I buy coffee from many Dunkin’ locations regularly. Today I ordered a coffee and a corn muffin, and the service from the two employees working there — both with long hair — was terrible. The guy preparing my order took a very long time while I was standing at the pickup window, and the two employees kept looking at each other while handling my food, which made me feel very uncomfortable. When I finally received my order, something just didn’t feel right. I honestly did not trust the food. I ended up throwing the muffin away because I had a bad feeling about it. On top of that, I specifically ordered an iced coffee, and they gave me a hot coffee instead. The entire order was a mess from start to finish. I’ve been to many Dunkin’ locations and usually have a good experience, but this one had the worst service I’ve ever seen. Very disappointing.
