  The inconsistency of this place is wild. I stopped going to this location and DD in general because of this. Finally gave it a shot again, and again it's a fail. 2day ago I ordered a bacon avocado toast. They didn't even bother to break the bacon up they just put 3 strips on there and called it a day. I go today and ordered the exact same thing and all I got was a few sprinkles of bacon pieces. I asked the lady at the drive-thru if she can please add some more. She scoffed at me and said ok sure, takes it. Basically spreads the bacon that's already there around (out of sight) and hands it back. Same amount nothing different. DD will never get my money again.

  Servicio es lo peor, se confunden en tu orden, Regress ala tienda y te atienden cuando les da la gana, ellos los empleados se supone Que tuvieron que tomar un intrenamiento para preparar tu orden o para trabajar en el area de comida. Pero me dan un segundo sandwich Croissant con queso y huevo y sausage cual se paga $1 dollar adicional. El sausage es de puerco y tienen el sinismo de ponerla fria y con grasa congelada . Uno como cliente esta en lo correcto pero yo NO ME IVA ACOMER algo frío cuando estoy pagando. Ni mi peor enemigo le daria un sausage frio , Es un Descaro . En total no me dieron el dinero $ 8.21 y los 4 trabajadores estaban burlandose . Pero saben que *EL QUE RIE DE ÚLTIMO RIE MEJOR.*

  The food is what I expect from a Dunkin. What I do NOT expect is a the lady in the drive thru begging like a homeless person on the corner for tips. It’s a drive thru. You’re not getting tipped, it’s not a tipped service.

  I moved to the area a while back, so this became my local DD. Somehow every drink tastes like lightly coffee-flavored water, even when I ask for specific amounts of cream and flavor. It almost never tastes like coffee or flavor, and sometimes it’s so bad I just throw the drink away. I’m convinced the proportions here are different from the GOOD Dunkin locations. You can order the exact same drink 10 times and get 10 completely different results. It’s like a mystery box, but instead of prizes you get varying levels of disappointment. But there is a silver lining. This location finally convinced me that spending a little extra at Starbucks is infinitely worth it compared to being disappointed every morning here. So kudos to the owner of this franchise for accomplishing what years of self-control could not: curing my Dunkin addiction.

  Terrible. Went yesterday during my lunch sat at the drive thru saying hello and Noone ever responded. I drove to the window and can see employees(multiple!!) yet Noone checking on the drive thru. (They were not busy No customers where in the store) after 10 min someone finally comes to the window and ask if they have there head sets on. He then proceeds to tell me to DIVE BACK AROUND AND SOMEONE WILL HELP ME. Now I agreed because I know how it works with drive thrus. I get back and ask if they have the new brownie donut and they say "hmm I dont see any" 🤔 ok so I just order a coffee i get to the window, and of course Noone is there, I wait another couple minutes still Noone. I left with nothing but my time waisted. 😑
