- TMTamara masonApr 3, 20263.0When you come through the drive thru and order something they don’t give you condiments or napkins or stuff and less you ask. Some of the people are rude and difficult.. The ice coffee doesn’t have any flavor and always tasted watered down. This Dunkin’ located at colonial drive .
- EBErick BuitragoMar 27, 20262.0It's very simple: if you go in the morning to get a coffee and they only have one person to staff the counter and prepare either coffee or sandwiches, I need my coffee as soon as possible. I can't wait for them to prepare six sandwiches that are going out for delivery because I'm also a customer in the store and I need to be served. I can't wait 15 or 20 minutes for them to finish preparing everything. I think they need to hire a couple more people. It's not fair to that person to receive these kinds of complaints because I'm sure it's not their fault. This isn't a bad review for the employee. This is a bad review for the manager of this store. Specifically, what should they do in the morning? Hiring a couple more people isn't an attempt to cut costs.

- JSJean SmokeFeb 23, 20261.0Vine a este lugar el dia 23 de febrero a las 9:10 AM a comprar una donación y un café y pregunte si mi novia podía usar el baño y de manera grosera una señora de estatura baja que si no tengo ojos para ver que la puerta tiene algo bloqueando y que si no podía entender que por esa razon el baño esta fuera de servicio, me respondió de una manera muy grosera y aparte me dejó hablando solo sin atenderme, definitivamente mas nunca comprare en ningún Dunkin que mal que tengan empleados con tan poca educación. Si pudiera dar 0 estrellas definitivamente lo hiciera
