  This place gets no stars! I'm surprised they are still in business. The service is poor! We've been in the drive thru for 30 mins. Remove the staff, get rid of the manager. They are horrible. Then to ask for a tip hahaha.

  It’s a Dunkin’ Donuts. It’s fine. Except I just went thru the drive thru and the guy shoved the credit card machine out the window at me saying “just a quick question on the screen”. Seriously, stop. Begging for tips at a dunkin drive-thru?!

  Now I have been going to this Dunkin for years and I mean lve been going to this Dunkin since 2020 so I'm very loyal to this Dunkin they always make my drink right and even on days it's not the best I give them the benefit of the doubt as long as it taste ok and has coffee I'm not picky. But the last I want to say 10 times I've gone here something has been going wrong.. I've had to walk in multiple times to fix my drink because it's either the espresso taste absolutely burnt and awful or I don't even get coffee and it's just milk and flavor. So last night I'm thinking I'm going to get a coffee before work tomorrow to treat myself and I'm going to be getting a remote job soon so I won't be able to visit my Dunkin often. So I go out of my way to go and get my coffee I was looking forward to, I get to the window and one of my favorite guys who always helps me is on the speaker I tell him what I want he talks me into getting an extra shot of espresso because why not you know and then I go to the window and I get my coffee. All is good. Now I mix it and take a sip. They did it again. Just milk and flavor and reminder I spent more money for extra espresso. Now Again I love this Dunkin but honestly if I'm going to keep wasting money and throwing away drinks...... I'll just make my coffee at home.

  Always out of stuff. I order 4 donuts and they throw them all in a bag on top of eachother all. Need small boxes, not a bag.

  I’ve reduced my frequent visits to this site because of the passive aggressive employee there. Depending on the day I encounter a moody staff member!!! Rarely smiles and always sounds like she has an attitude and not to mention my latte is made different EVERY time. I always say I won’t go back there but because it’s the closest to my home I return. I am thankful when I engage with the other team member…I don’t know his name. Today will be my last day though. The same lady who helped me with my latte didn’t greet me well nor did she show kindness and she argued with me when I asked for “not too much ice in my lattes”. I hope the owners read this. This particular staff member is always curt with me and I’m not sure why. I don’t know her personally and I hope she’s not like this with other customers. There are other instances when we’ve interacted, but I cannot list them all!! Never again!!
