- LBLindsey BFeb 23, 20265.0I’m a dunk girl is this is probably the best well run Dunkin I’ve been to. We’re here on vacation and those managers run a strict program. The place is spotless, customer service fantastic, and orders go out quickly. I appreciate the managers (ladies in the blue shirts) are always working, too. They’re cleaning, making orders, helping customers, etc., I’d make this my dunkin if I could.
- 3Q305braid QueenFeb 22, 20261.0Its crazy because I have never been a dunkin an had bad service..this one right here headed back home from vacation this morning 02-22-2006 and on top off the food costing muc more i didnt realize til I looked at my statement the 10 munchkins she charged me $4.49 the breakfast she didnt even melt the cheese an give me the wrong drink an seemed extremely upset once I told her...but honestly thats not why I posting im posting because the worker said I couldn't get the discount on ny app because you have to purchase a drink lol understand I bought two drinks ...then decided to have the munchkins after but maybe its my fault but my point is if already paid for 2 why couldn't u get the discount? Lol I still paid the full price because I wanted it fir my travel back home...but made my point i think 🤣🤣🤣the need classes on speaking or dealing with customers

Apparently you have to order everything separately on the kiosk in order for it to work. Makes sense right? Anyways, the lattes suck, and taste not so great, and they are always backed up. Do not go to this one. The coffee sucks.
