    I am submitting this as my second complaint and review regarding this Dunkin location. I have continued to give this store the benefit of the doubt, and I would like to acknowledge that there are a few staff members—approximately three—who are consistently kind and prepare my order correctly. However, I have repeatedly encountered issues when interacting with the manager at the drive-thru window, whom I believe is named Cynthia. On multiple occasions, she has appeared visibly irritated when I politely request that my Signature Caramel Craze latte be prepared decaf and with oat milk, as I am both lactose intolerant and sensitive to caffeine. Unfortunately, there have been at least three instances this month alone where my order was made incorrectly. These errors have included missing caramel or flavoring, as well as insufficient oat milk, resulting in a latte that is much darker and less creamy than expected it tasted horrible it was terrible un drinkable. While I understand that the staff may be busy, and I have often chosen not to return to the window to avoid inconvenience, these recurring mistakes are unacceptable—especially given that I am paying over $6 per beverage. I have visited many other Dunkin locations and have consistently received excellent service without similar issues. I previously spoke with a manager at this location several months ago who was courteous and apologetic; however, the problem has persisted and remains unresolved. I want to be clear that I am not seeking punitive action against any individual. Rather, I strongly encourage additional staff training, particularly in customer service, patience, and attention to order accuracy. My concern is primarily with the ongoing behavior of this manager, as she consistently appears bothered when I raise legitimate concerns about incorrect orders. This situation is frustrating and disappointing, and I hope it can be addressed promptly. -

    The few times I’ve gone to this location I’ve always gotten Mrs.Cynthia. The way she welcomes you the minute she hears you at the drive through speaker box exudes happiness. Her customer service and how she prepares the drinks I get are amazing. Thank you Mrs Cynthia. Btw, the bad reviews for her I don’t understand and I’m sure are from crabby, unpleasant people.

    I just came to this location to pick up an Uber Eats order delivery. I stood there at the order rack for 10 minutes. Not an exaggeration. Exactly 10 minutes. The screen above the order rack said that the name of the person that I was waiting for the order for was ready. There was no bags on the rack. Not a single one of the employees made eye contact with me. It almost looked like they were intentionally avoiding eye contact to have to deal with anybody. When one employee finally came over to the rack to deliver some drinks I tried to get her attention and she literally yelled at me. I was just asking if the order had been picked up already because a lot of times we as Uber drivers will get sent to a place where the order has been picked up. So me standing there not even being acknowledged One Time by a single employee could have been wasting my time. The way she acknowledged me after I tried to get her attention by yelling at me was out of line. This is the most disrespectful thing I have ever witnessed in any customer service position. When someone walks in you acknowledge them and you ask them what they are waiting for. You don't walk directly past them and avoid eye contact intentionally. I don't normally go as far as contacting a corporate office, but this is absolutely the one time that I am going to do that. The management should be ashamed of themselves. The management should be ashamed of the way they train people. The management should be firing people and hiring quality staff. Whatever this staff is it is working here is completely unacceptable. It doesn't matter what time of day it is. Customer service is customer service. If you don't want to deal with people, then you need to be washing dishes in the kitchen. Absolute trash at this location. Wasting people's time. Absolutely disrespectful and rude. They should hire me and let me come in and fire every single person in that place, including the management. I'll show them how to run a real business. And how to hire real respectable people that know how to treat guests. Dunkin' donuts corporate is going to have a field day with this.
