  WE WENT 1 HOUR BEFORE CLOSING.... ONE VERY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL BLACK FEMALE WAS WORKING BY HERSELF... SHE GAVE US MUCH ATTITUDE.......REFUSED TO PUT THE SUGAR IN OUR COFFEE ☕...... MADE MY COFFEE TOTALLY WRONG AND HAD TO REMAKE IT! 😡😡😡😡😡

  It's a hit or miss if they make my coffee the right way. I ordered from the app. Was not ready had make coffee even when I per order 😫. Stillwater not right

  Ordered the croissant chicken sandwich. When I got home this is what I received? A bagel? That was not my order!!!! The staff here is always nice and they aren’t super busy but this is ridiculous.

  I do not usually leave reviews after a bad experience, but I am genuinely frustrated with this Dunkin location. My order is very simple, yet when I order a hot beverage, it is always served cold, almost as if it came straight from the refrigerator. This has happened multiple times, and this is now my fifth experience. Additionally, when I order a cold drink, I am never provided with a straw. Since your lids do not allow for easy sipping, a straw is necessary and should be included. I do appreciate that when I order a three count of Munchkins, staff often include an extra one. That is a nice gesture. However, when I am paying around five dollars for a coffee, I expect it to be prepared and served correctly. This is not to bash this Dunkin Donuts location, but there is a clear need to do better. I would rather wait longer for my beverages to be made correctly. Additionally, while waiting for my drink to be corrected, I have observed other customers having the same experience. Many leave the drive through, park their cars, walk inside, and return their drinks to be remade. Customers should not have to go through this.

  A business’s reputation is built on the work ethic and attitude of its employees. The people you hire and train can either drive profitability or push customers away. I live just a few minutes from the Dunkin location on North OBT. On Sunday, March 29, 2026, around 5:30pm, I went through the drive-thru and asked the employee at the window if there was any fresh decaf coffee. She said no. I then politely asked if she could brew a fresh pot, and her response was, “No. We close in an hour.” This location doesn’t close until 7 PM. Because of that experience, I left without making a purchase and drove about 12 minutes to the Dunkin location on Lee Road. I asked the same question there, and the employee—Amy—responded, “No, but I’ll be happy to make it fresh for you.” That simple difference in attitude made all the difference. Amy was kind, respectful, and clearly cared about customer service. Because of her, I didn’t just get coffee—I also purchased donuts and a bagel. This is exactly how businesses either lose or gain customers. One employee turned me away, while another created a positive experience that earned more business. I hope management recognizes the impact their staff has on customer retention and overall success and takes the negative reviews customers are leaving seriously.
