  YOU NEED MORE STAFF IN THE MORNINGS!!! EVERY SINGLE DAY THE LINE IS OUT TO JOHN YOUNG!! ITS UNACCEPTABLE EVEN WHEN YOU ORDER AHEAD YOU ARRIVE AND HAVE THE SAME WAIT ISSUE.

  Been getting the same coffee everyday from this place. Today I got a hot coffee with 2 creams, 1 sugar. A very rude lady gave me a cup of coffee with 2 creams on the side. They usually put the cream inside. I asked her if she could put the creams inside as they usually do and she literally asked me “is it too hard of a jib for you to do it?”. After I said, it’s not about how hard it is, it’s just not very convenient, mind you I was in my car, she goes “I gotta take care of other people” and closed the window. Horrible service, burned my hand trying to put the creams in the car too.

  I pulled up at the drive-through and no one greeted me I kept saying hello hello. So then I decided to just continue pulling up to the window. I asked the gentleman if I can order here because no one was answering me.. He stated that I didn’t pull up far enough, which I was very confused by. I said can I order here and he said no I can’t take your order at the window and proceeded to laugh in my face. I looped back around and of course, there were two more cars in front of me. I watched those cars order. When it was my turn, I pulled up in the same spot. Those cars were in which by the way was the same spot I was originally in. I said hello hello again and no one was answering me like the first time. I waited about two minutes and the same gentleman greeted me through the microphone. I ordered my sandwich, pulled up to the window. The gentleman stepped away from the window as soon as I pulled up. A female walked up and asked me if I paid. I said no because the gentleman walked away. She said he’s taking an order. I said that’s fine. I also told her that I had to loop around again because he’s not answering people fast enough. She told me that they’ve been having this issue for a long time where they cannot hear people and people are not pulling up right. She said if you’re not in the right spot, they cannot hear you. So I told her that has nothing to do with the customers. They need to fix their microphone. I told her that he laughed in my face and made me pull back around. She said that she’s sorry and that they really have been having this issue with not hearing people for a long time. I said that’s fine but don’t tell customers it’s their fault or they pulled up wrong. It’s your fault that you can’t hear us. That just pissed me off on my morning to work. No wonder their rating on Google is 2.9. Do better Dunkin’ Donuts.
