  Do not come here if you have any appointments in the next hour. It is super slow, and the service is not good. I have had multiple bad experiences here, even ordering ahead is not fast at all. I wait and wait in line or inside. More than once, like today, I saw my order sitting there but couldn't even get anyone's attention. Today, I finally was able to ask if my order was there--only one bag was waiting in online order pickup. The woman looked at my bag, then told me no. 7 minutes later I tried again and a guy looked at the bag, and told me yes, and handed me my order. Then I was late for class. There was a woman there waiting for her online order before me and she was still waiting while I left. When I showed up, there was only one car in the drive-through ordering. While I waited, 6 cars had gotten there order and left. Also, this is the only Dunking that has given me a horrible breakfast wrap, which I order every time. The tortilla was hard as a rock and the sausage inside was visibly dry, hard, twisted, and shriveled up. This is something they would have seen, but gave it to me anyway. That day I went to class hungry. I wont be coming back here :/

  Every morning I stop by this Dunkin and typically I have a great experience the young ladies are always pleasant even when the line is wrapped around the building. Unfortunately today I was taken aback when the young man working today proceeds to tell me I don’t have to honk my horn after I waved in the window for several minutes trying to get his attention or anyone’s attention for ketchup was I supposed to hold up the line further until someone noticed I was still sitting there possibly making others late to their destination because it’s before 8am pretty sure others are headed to work grabbing morning coffee. Advising me of other options cool but to blatantly tell me not to honk was rude especially when it was barely a half a honk I tapped it just enough to get someone’s attention!!!! This is what a horn is for!!!

  They gave me a dozen donuts for my too good to go order for $6. Not bad, but it was advertised as $18 for the price of $6, and a dozen donuts here costs $14.

  Who ever is that man is at the window. Theres 3 year olds that follow better directions. One employee can ruin a business. Just the worst ever put him as a clear and leave him there

  The staff was amazing today feb 17 th very professional and courteous I went there this morning because of an issue I had with an order yesterday and the ladies working were so professional, very polite and completely fix my order exactly how I intended it to be. This is what the service should be like at other Dunkin’ Donuts, very pleased with quality and friendliness
