  I called 3 times to cancel. The app said this was the closest location to me. I was in the Walmart parking lot on sand lake road, not even 100 ft from the location by the Wendy's. Placed the order, went thru the drive thru and the lady said that she didn't have a mobile order. But the so showed that I was ordering from the 'closest location'. I called the other location, the times no one picked up, I left voice mails to cancel. I text messaged 6 times, still no answer. I sent an email to Dunkin corporate, nothing. This was all done last week. I have yet to receive a refund back to my card, a just card on the he 15.99 or even a phone call or message to acknowledge the situation. Dunkin, you stink!!

  There’s this one girl she is so rude to customers. Didn’t even scan my offers on the app and charged me more and even after all that she gave me cold coffee. Don’t visit this location unless you want your day ruined

  I highly recommend this particular facility. It’s great. The food was good. The people were awesome.

  The atmosphere is very nice! The girl who took my order was nice as well. overall a very sweet store. definitely recommend:)

  Well, if you want your food and drink order completely wrong or burnt beyond recognition, this is your place. I ordered a large sugar-free vanilla latte and and avocado toast. The toast was burned black across the surface and still cold on the bottom. An impressive feat! I went back up to the counter and asked if they could remake it...the lady grudgingly agreed and asked if I wanted it lightly toasted. I replied that I just didn't want it burnt. I should have known something was up when it was ready less than 2 minutes later...I opened it up and they had just slathered the "avocado" mixture on a completely UN-toasted piece of bread. At that point my drink order finally came up...Regular, not sugar free. And it tasted like they just pumped three shots of regular creamer in with a single shot of vanilla. At this point, I just gave up and grabbed my avocado bread and barely-vanilla late and left. Oh, and don't forget the insanely slippery floor in the hallway leading to the bathroom that felt like it was covered in either soap or oil. And the fact that you have to rely on one of the rude, apathetic employees to open said bathroom. I'd give them zero stars if possible...but sadly that's not an option.
