And wow she is extremely rude I have seen her talk to her employees and it is very sad I’m not sure how Dunkin allows someone like that to run this place. Her employees seem so miserable which therefore makes employees have bad service due to environment. I have been driving to the dunking on Osceola parkway they have amazing customer service there extremely friendly. The best thing this dunkin can do is get rid of whoever is running this place. PLEASE it sucks feeling like a burden as a customer. HORRIBLE…
