  just recently moved to orlando and have been going to this dunkin for the past couple of weeks. their service has been great! friendly staff and even throughout rush hour they keep their composure :) great teamwork!

  I actually tried to go through Dunkin's site to leave feedback about this location bc I wasn't trying to "shame" them w a public review, but they made that process way too difficult so I'm defaulting to commenting here. First thing I noticed when I opened the door was the entire place smelled like really bad B.O. I thought it was possibly a result of one of the customers inside, so I wasn't necessarily going to hold it against the restaurant, decided to stay & order anyway. Noticed the employee was filling the coffee cups w a LOT of cream (about 40/60) so I ordered a large iced coffee so I could be sure to still get the amount of coffee I desired rather than trying to debate about how much cream I wanted. Also got a donut to-go. Donut was fine, tasted like a normal dunkin. Interaction w employee was good, he was clear and friendly and efficient. No complaints about the staff. The coffee was off. My first experience w the dunkin "taps" that now seem to be standard in their stores, but the coffee sort of tasted like cleaning fluid. I've always liked Dunkin coffee, but despite ordering a large I threw it out after a few sips and got another coffee elsewhere in the shopping center. Chalked it up to the overall cleanliness of this location, which I will not be returning to.

  Me and my girlfriend came in for breakfast and we were waiting for a long time aswell as the person in front of us. The girl hears us come in and continues to sit on her phone.

  Prompt and friendly service. Food quality was average and acceptable. It seems coffee prices have gone up quite a bit.

  Food was great...Will definitely be back because its on the way to Church and very convenient and clean.
