I try to avoid this one at all cost, but sometimes if I’m working in the area, I tend to stop here and like always it’s the worst service I ordered a size medium coffee Cold light ice. They handed me a small one filled with ice to the top. I told her I apologize, but I did order a size medium. She comes back five seconds later with a size medium cup with ice filled all the way to the rim. Respectfully, I am not ordering a cup of ice I can just grab a cup of ice from my home. I am ordering a cup of coffee. I Literally, I believe the only reason why this Dunkin’ Donuts has still been in business is because of University of Central Florida.

- KAKatianice AvilesFeb 21, 20261.0this location was very rude and extremely unprofessional. i asked for a sangria refresher with lemonade and green tea (which i have done in other dunkin locations) and instead of being polite with her response, the worker said” its one or the other” and i explained that i was confused because i have done it before in other dunkin locations and they always did it with no problem. She continued to be rude and said “well in here you can only do one” very dry and in a rude manner.
