I placed my order through the app and picked it up very early in the morning on my way to work. It was disgusting. I called the store on my break and Natalie picked up. She was super apologetic about it and even offered a refund and to remake my drink correctly. Yes it was annoying to go back but after meeting Natalie and experiencing her great customer service it was worth it! I hope she stays this location needs more people like her.!
