  I’ve had several negative experiences at this dunkin drive thru. Every time I go, there’s some white guy with long hair and glasses with an attitude in there, if he has an attitude why doesn’t he just call off? He acts as if i’m the one who ruined his day or something by forcing him to go work in a job he chose to work at like??? Today I ordered through the app and asked about the cold foam on my coffee because i didnt see it. And he responded by saying it melted because I ‘took too long,’ even though the app said they were busy and it’d be a long wait. Waiting isn’t the problem I shouldn’t have to rush to pick up an order I paid for especially when the app is saying it’ll take a while. Customer service like this makes the experience frustrating and disappointing. I hope the management addresses this issue and gets that guy therapy or something for his nasty attitude.

  Every time I try to order 3 or 4 dozen, the store turns it down. They either say they don’t have enough or claim they don’t have time to make it. I’ve just never seen a business consistently refuse money like that—especially with a floor supervisor who’s so LOUD, PROUD and UNAPOLOGETIC about it.

  I’ve been coming to this location for over a year since my son goes to school nearby. As a mom, you really notice when a place feels welcoming, and the positive change here lately has been wonderful.The manager has brought such a great energy—kind, professional, and it truly shows in the staff. I was a little sad to hear this is only a temporary fill‑in, because it really makes a difference.

  Waiting in the front for about 10 minutes just to place an order on a meal and I guess one of the employees there told me to order on another screen which I don't understand because he said he's only two people there he couldn't take my order. Very unprofessional. Very rude employees especially not taking somebody in the front. . I had cash I couldn't use the machine .. DEFINITELY FELT DISCRIMINATED

  If i could give this store no stars I would all because the manager today i came in sat and watched the manager Bridget do nothing but be on her phone while employees struggle to get the rush done and turned around and asking them to do extra things while she sits on her phone this is not the first time I just found this to be very ignorant and unprofessional please fix this behavior
