  We ordered online and waited 45 minutes as the app tracker went through the entire process of being prepped, in the oven, then being checked, and then out for delivery just for it to then be canceled by the store because the automatic store it gave us for our address was outside of their delivery zone. Call us and cancel immediately next time or just deliver the pizza since it was your apps malfunction. Now we have to wait another hour for the other dominoes to help us. Horrible service. Can’t rate the pizza because we never tasted any food. Great job….

  I ordered my pizza 2 hours ago, it won't answer the phone and I have no idea if it's coming or not. In the online system and they don't advance the order past the quality check stage so that you don't even have the ability to file a complaint online.

  Ordered pizza for delivery. Pizza arrived 2 hours after order (1 hr and 40 min after initial delivery estimate). When I called the store 1 hour in their excuse was that they were just busy and it should be there soon. Another hour later after waiting on hold for 15 minutes the person said it was already out for delivery and should be there soon - no concessions were made for their two hour late pizza. When I expressed that they had told me that an hour ago, he said he would call the driver and placed me on hold again, and never came back to the line until I hung up 25 minutes later. Our pizza did finally arrive 2 hours after the order, it was cold.

  Unfortunately, they are very, very bad. First they don’t answer the phone when you wanna do the order they don’t understand very very bad believe me anyone said something good about them. It’s just by chance I prefer to order from someone else don’t order from them.

  This was terrible. Ordered thru DoorDash, waited 2 hours, driver arrives at lobby and calls and textas the wrong number, then leaves. When I called the store, they couldn’t find my order. After I ask how a driver has called my husband two statesaway that he’s in the lobby but they don’t have my order could happen, and he suddenly finds it. Long story short, the driver comes to a resort lobby, calls the wrong number, doesn’t ask any of the 10 people working the front desk, and decides to leave with my already insanely late delivery….but do we stop there? No. The driver does come back, at the insistence of his store manager, and calls me “retarded.” It was super original, professional, and I have sympathy for anyone whose food he is responsible for.
