  These employees you all have need to stay out front and stop hanging out in the back the last they refer to as “midget” needs better customer service training as well

  I’m usually not one to leave bad reviews definitely since I work in a restaurant industry myself but I just have to here because this is the second time that I have received terrible service from the same person. I placed the order online for my family as me or my husband do every other Sunday for the same order. I received a call from the delivery guy 3/22/2026 @ 10:58pm I answered hi good evening are you at the west guest entrance? He responded “you need to come down we don’t come inside apartment buildings” I did let him know that I have ordered from this Dominos multiple times and I have always received my food at my door and if he can please bring it up since I have two toddlers that I cannot leave in the house and my husband is not home He told me he could not and hung up. I proceeded to call the store and what really shocked me was the tone and level of professionalism by the store manager, who told me her name was Megan. When Megan answered the phone I politely explained my reason for calling her responses were very off putting. I let her know I often order from this location and I usually don’t have a problem with delivery and she let me know I ordered three times in the last 4 months listing off the exact dates. I didn’t understand the need for that comment but I continue to give her grace. I just reiterated that the last time I ordered which was last Thursday that the delivery guy did bring up the food but this guy said they didn’t deliver to apartments and she said and I quote “ yea you just said that” and she said she doesn’t know what the last delivery guy did. Nonetheless, I thanked her for her time and asked her for her name and status. she then said I can get the pizza remade for you and back out but it’s gonna take a while so I thanked her and asked her to just refund. I also asked for the driver name as I would love to write corporate about my experience and maybe help them improve the experience for customers in the future and she said and I quote” I will not give you that” I thanked her again for her time and asked to be refunded and told her to have a good night. Even if it would’ve took a while, she could’ve said we’re gonna get you a new pizza out as soon as possible, her tone and delivery for a store manager, a leader, setting the standard for her team is totally insane to me. Having a job in this economy is a blessing so be kind to the people who spends money at your business. After speaking with my husband about the situation, we decided that we will no longer be supporting Dominos. As paying customers whether 1 visit or 20, we deserve to eat at a place that values customer service.

  Carry-out was quick, the people working were very nice, and the pizza was very good and fresh!

  While I can’t speak on delivery, my carry-out experience was fast, my food was delicious and fairly priced! I wanted something fast and this was the perfect choice. I will be returning

  El lugar es pequeño, medio escondido pero la pizza es súper rica. Es híper finita así que una xxl alcanza justo para 4 personas. Me hubiera encantado que nos lo hubieran mencionado así comprábamos más cantidad
