  I don't like to write bad reviews.. but maannn.. Great location, food is always fresh but there is a girl that wear glasses, curly hair with a super nasty attitude... always throwing the food and sides in the bag like it wasn't food.. super rude lady!

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ — Finally, a Chipotle That Gets It Right! I’ve been waiting for a Chipotle to open on Narcoossee Road for a while now, and I’m happy to say it was absolutely worth the wait. As someone who eats at Chipotle fairly regularly, I know what to expect when I walk through the door, and this location delivered on every level. Now, I’ll be honest — being a brand new location, there were a few early visits where you could tell the team was still finding their rhythm. That’s completely understandable and something I’d never hold against a new store. Every restaurant needs a little time to work out the kinks, build that team chemistry, and get the flow of service dialed in. What impressed me is how quickly this crew got up to speed. By my most recent visit, everything was running smoothly from the moment I walked in to the moment I walked out. The food was outstanding. Every ingredient on the line looked and tasted fresh — the rice was perfectly seasoned, the proteins were well-prepared and flavorful, and the guacamole tasted like it had just been made. You can tell this location takes the “fresh” part of Chipotle’s promise seriously. My bowl was loaded up generously too, which is always appreciated. What really stood out to me, though, was the customer service. The crew members were friendly, attentive, and genuinely seemed to care about making sure my order was right. They greeted me with a smile, moved through the line efficiently, and made the whole experience feel easy and welcoming. That kind of energy makes a huge difference and honestly sets this location apart from some other Chipotles I’ve been to. If you live or work in the Narcoossee Road area, do yourself a favor and stop in. Whether you’re grabbing a quick lunch, picking up dinner for the family, or ordering through the app, this location has earned my trust. I’ll definitely be coming back — and often. Keep it up, team!

  Worst Experience ever, I’ve been coming to this location religiously and after this, I’m never coming back after looking at the reviews. I know I’m not the only one in this whoever was working tonight had the worst attitude ever so rude so Unhelpful.

  I came in with high hopes but when I reached the counter I was proven wrong. While ordering the team members were ridiculously rude, especially when they made my order wrong and had to do it again. The chicken was burnt and they gave me the wrong bowl for my daughter. I tried calling but no response multiple times. When it was time to pay I gave cash and found the team member pocketing money. Overall my experience was very disappointing. I would not recommend going here.

  Girlfriend and I ate here. My girlfriend got a steak salad bowl. Halfway into eating she spit out a big lump of ligament/tendon or something. She said it tasted super nasty/musky and that she cant eat her bowl anymore cause of it. I spoke to manager to tell her and ask if the amount of food thats left in the bowl can be remade with a different meat so it wasnt contaminated or anything with what we found. She refused saying she cant because they dont do replacements and its been eaten. I offered to maybe have a refund or something and again she refused cause it was partially eaten. I tried to reason and say she didnt know until she bit into it and we are just asking for the amount that was not eaten to be remade not a whole new bowl. she said at most we can have a side of rice and veggies. Honestly believe there shouldve been more concern or sympathy and try to make it right. I showed her the nasty piece she spit out and everything. nothing that she can do I guess oh well. lesson learned
