  I don’t usually leave reviews, but I had to say something after this visit. The overall experience at this Chipotle was honestly pretty rough long wait times, disorganized service, and the food quality just wasn’t up to the standard you’d expect. It felt like the whole place was struggling to stay on track. That being said, Amerie at the register was the one bright spot in an otherwise frustrating experience. She was friendly, patient, and genuinely kind despite everything going on around her. You could tell she was doing her best to keep things positive, and it made a difference. Amerie deserves a lot more recognition for her attitude and professionalism, especially in an environment that clearly needs improvement. I hope management takes notice employees like her are the reason customers even consider coming back.

  Its was very horrible! My parents waited a few minutes in line and this guy put hand sanitizer then put gloves and serve food instead of washing his hands with soap! Violation #1 , then he rubbed with a used cloth and didn’t pack the bowl right, which is caused it to leak. Never going there with my parents again! Violations: #1 Using chemicals and trapping then whilst making food (cross contamination) #2 Cleaning food station with dirty cloth ( do I have to say anything?) Who knows what violations this place have…. Please tell anyone to not go here.

  luiyana me ayudo con mi comida es la mejor de este chipotle muchas gracias por tu atención, siempre mantiene su lugar limpio ya van 5 veces que me atiende y siempre es súper amable muchísimas gracias luiyana dios te bendiga🙏🏽❤️

  Not even a star … que personal tan rudo y tan unprofessional, te hablan como que les molestara que hayas entrado a pedir comida y te ponen la comida de mala gana y esa señora creo que es GM debería de ser despedida que grosera es , no recomiendo este chipotle para nada

  Listen. I’m not expecting anything crazy from fast food. But this chipotle suckssss. Rice undercooked Chicken over cooked I think I counted 8/9 people working ? But only 1 on the line. With 2 cashiers (not even participating in customer service ) and 5 people standing around doing nothing lol. But this is one of the most consistently bad chipotles in the area. Whoever said they are doing better in earlier comments probably works there or is family to management.. I’d give 0 stars if possible.
