The staff here are extremely rude and the manager is even worst. I ask for sour cream in my bowl, their sour cream was running low so she did not put much in my bowl. I ask for extra sour cream on the side and she was able to scrap less than half of sour cream in the side cups. The rest of my party also wanted sour cream. So I asked her if there’s more sour cream in the back. She immediately looked annoyed and went to the back to get sour cream. I asked her for extra sour cream for the other person who did not get much in her bowl. She then states it will be an extra charge. I explained to her that there was barely any sour cream in the other bowl and that I thought extra sour cream was acceptable. She explains angrily that if you have sour cream in your bowl, you cannot have extra sour cream on the side and then proceed to get the manager while screaming in Spanish. The manager comes out and immediately agree with her coworker. I repeatedly explained to her that there was originally no sour cream left so there was very little sour cream in the bowl and that I had to request for more sour cream to be refilled. As a manger, instead of understanding the situation and simply giving extra sour cream on the side which is the easiest way to solve the problem, she decided to be petty and took the bowl out of the bag, opened it, slapped a tremendous amount of sour cream in the bowl and putting the same lid back on, rolled her eyes and walked away. If the staff here kept their food stocked and refilled when it got low, this would not have happened. We all wanted extra sour cream and the blonde hair girl in the front did not want to go get more so instead, she scraped a teaspoon amount and said any more would be a charge. The blonde hair girl and the Hispanic manager either needs to be replaced or retrained.

They make an effort to maintain cleanliness during breaks, but it’s crucial to keep the food area spotless, especially when customers are placing orders. Additionally, the team needs to improve its service speed. I’ve observed that NYC Chipotles can process twice as many orders in the same time frame as this team.

We ordered a Sofritas bowl shortly before closing time. Unfortunately, the service was very unfriendly. We felt rushed while ordering, which made the experience uncomfortable. When I asked for mild salsa, the employee added a full scoop of the spicy salsa instead. The bowl ended up being way too spicy and basically inedible. Overall, we were very disappointed with the service and the experience.

This has become the saddest and worst chipotle. The workers are slow, confused, and the restaurant is filthy. Yesterday I decided to give them another chance via chipotlane… it was a 30 minute wait and when I got home, there was 0 meat on any of the 2 bowls. I called and Manuel told me he would remake it for me if I came back… so I drove all the way back and the lady (who presumably made my bowl) accused me of lying about not having meat on my bowl, until someone at home show her the meatless bowl on FaceTime.

I’ve been to this chipotle many many times, and I don’t know why I keep coming back. The service just continues to decline. I went today and the line made it all the way to the door. I understand being short staffed or having complex orders, so initially I assumed that was the case. However when it was my turn to order I realized I was wrong. The woman taking my order was very kind and very efficient, but when it came turn for her coworker he wasn’t even there. We stood there waiting for him to return to his position for I kid you not, 3 minutes, which doesn’t sound like much, but the other woman was able to get 3 orders out of the way while we waited. When he finally came back he was very stingy with toppings, (and again I come often and have gone to many different chipotles) when he finished the bowl he went to “help” his coworker who just asked him a simple question. Abandoning the guest he was currently taking (us) and we waited another 2 minutes for him to finish with that. Finally when he came back he asked what toppings we got as if he wasn’t the one who just made our order. And instead of quickly finishing with us he helps another guest making us continue waiting for our food for another 3 minutes, at this point out food is cold and we just want to pay and leave, when he finally rings us up, we let him know we want chips with the kids meal we ordered (because it comes with them) instead of grabbing a bag of chips from the wall he walk all the way to the back where he messes with some dishes walks back grabs a stack of bags and goes back and makes a SINGLE bag of chips. And again there were already chips ready beside him. This also took him like 3 minutes, out food is so cold by now but we give him the benefit of the doubt, we finally pay and fill up our drinks only for there to be absolutely no lids, and as he is ringing up the other guest we see him grab the chips from the wall and just give them those, leaving us wondering why he decided to take all the extra time giving me mine. Mind you they were literally crumbs and cold. He asks if the lids we need are for the cups… which we obviously say yes. He never gets the lids so we go to leave which lights a minor fire under him to grab the lids, but instead of grabbing lids for our cups, he gets lids for the sauce containers. He worked slow the whole time and his head was nothing there. I believe his name was Johnathan. I’m beyond upset. And to no one’s surprise out food was cold, we waiting for an hour. And half the time wasn’t even in line. It was once the food was already being made. Do better please. I love chipotle.
