  Jay and Sharon were handling a late dinner rush like PROs. The line was long, but Jay kept the interaction engaging, fun, and 100% individual to me while also being efficient with my order (especially for items that were running low). Sharon was kind and punctual, while being clear and concise. I don't care the wait, if they were my servers again I'd come back over and over. I know this location has to be a difficult one, but I hope management and the company recognize when workers face difficulties without sacrificing their kindness. Because it's just as valuable a work ethic as efficiency, if not more. Jay and Sharon exemplified it tonight.

  No soap/machine broken at the ladies room. Anti hygiene. I had to walk away and throw away my food.

  Chipotle why are we even staying open until 11 if you stop making any fresh meat so much earlier than that and only serve leftovers of the meat nobody wants starting at 8?? 🤨😭

  Just ordered from here, two bowls to go. They charged me for said two bowls but it wasn’t until we left and got home we noticed they forgot to put the other bowl in the bag. We only live 6 minutes away so we had to go back. Upon arrival somehow they have no idea how it’s “possible” and they don’t recall us being there not even 10 minutes ago… terrible attitude. They were too busy and focused on talking to each other that they forgot about our other bowl. Didn’t even receive an apology, simply didn’t care and was more bothered that they had to remake us a bowl because I’m going to guess they had already thrown the other away. This is my closest chipotle but it definitely makes me not want to come back. Terrible experience and awful, uninterested employees. Couldn’t even bother to offer any compensation. Anyways don’t waste your time at this one! I’ve been to plenty that are much better.

  Came to this Chipotle for dinner one night. Everyone working behind the counter was very professional, kind, talkative and sweet. The portions were perfect and the price was good, as always. The vibe here was electric and mellow , at the same time. Definitely will be back soon. UPDATE (3/19/26) I said we would be back soon and it was only 2 days. Definitely a different story this time. While waiting in line, one of the ladies who was helping us the time we were in before was helping two gentleman. Like before she was making large burritos and normal good portions of meat and such. Right before she was done with them and it was my turn, a new, younger girl locked up and asked what I wanted. I told her two bowls of the chicken al pastor. She gave me two huge portions of rice, more than normal she forgot black beans at first until I had to tell her black beans. She barely put any meat in our bowls, night and day difference from just a few days ago, and she seemed to nervous like she didn't know what she was doing. Needless to say are bowls came out terrible and there was barely any meat and sauce. They were out of the veggies and I asked for veggies and she just dug out one or two from the bottom of the container. It was not good at all. Such a bummer because our 1at experience the other day was AMAZING.
