  My review is simply based on time. It is listed on the door and on Google that they open at 10:45am. I arrived at 10:50. There were two others waiting and the doors were still locked. Your customers come on their lunch hour. While customers are "wating" 15 min for the employees to get it together, that is time taken away from their lunch. A short Black female with braids came & opened the door at 10:56...no good morning, no I'm sorry for the wait.. nothing. Where is their customer service?

  My favorite Chipotle location. Richie has ninja-like burrito-wrapping skills. I’m happy this location is close to my house.

  I’ve been to other chipotle’s and never had a bad experience when I went into the chipotle yesterday it wasn’t super clean like how I seen the other stores and also this guy making the bowls was rushing because he was ready to get off and no one was there to relieve him. Finally, a manager told him that he can go. I don’t mean to sound vulgar, but after eating from this chipotle store, I have had the worst onset of diarrhea in my life and I never had any issues at any other chipotle’s with it running my stomach so something about the food or they’re not washing their hands properly or something. My stomach is very sensitive so like I said it’s either handwashing or something to do with the food because no other chipotle has done this to me. I haven’t had Pepto-Bismol since I was a kid. I’ve had to drink the whole bottle of Pepto-Bismol because of this particular location do not eat here!!!!!!!!!!! You’ve been warned.

  The server gave me a tablespoonfull of barbacoa as if it was coming out of his own paycheck and the cashier was rude. The counter and food area was dirty needless to say I'm calling the DBPR. The host on the receipt says ZARAHI

  Ordered two bowls with Chicken Al Pastor one with extra Chicken and lo and behold when we arrived home from picking it up, no Chicken! And while I can excuse the fact that for the last 5 orders I’ve had from them they haven’t seasoned their brown rice whatsoever, I don’t think I can excuse paying 26 dollars for a seasonal item and not get it MUCH LESS when I specified extra. I already got compensated by their AI assistant on the app, I’m just putting them on blast for this behavior because it’s simply disrespectful. I’m also an employee of this company but that is neither here nor there.
