  Can't talk to ANYONE when you call. We have gotten to the point we won't order from them because of the lack of personal customer service. Sad. It used to be my FAVORITE restaurant!

  I went to this location at 11:12pm on 02/28/26. To buy a bowl and use the restroom (48 minutes before closing) The shift lead or manager, I’m not sure which one. Just said “The bathrooms closed.” With no explanation, not out of order or anything just closed. So I said “it’s closed?” And he just said “yes.” So I left and didn’t buy anything, it seems like they just closed it almost an hour before closing time to avoid cleaning later.

  BONE IN CHICKEN. ALMOST CHOKED!! Update: they sent a broken link for me to share my thoughts. What a joke. Already contacted corporate. This is the worst chipotle I’ve ever been to. I came in to order a kids meal for my son. The portions they gave were only half a spoonful. Then I was told I get three sides and a meat. The guy behind him got real angry and then told him no you’re supposed to tell him that he only gets two sides and a meat but very disrespectful and the way the guy looked at me was not nice then when I asked if I could get any salsa, he said no it’s $1.79 extra it was real mean about it whatever happened to being nice and smiling and explaining what happens any other chipotle I go to they give me a little bit of salsa to go with it. It’s not the point that it wasn’t allowed. It was that this guy was talking behind my back and very rude. I’ll never set foot in this chipotle again and I will tell everybody in the neighborhood that this place stinks. No wonder it has bad reviews. Their staff is horrible but it’s not their fault. It’s their leadership. They have no business running a chipotle. I get better service at fast food restaurants. If you’re gonna correct your staff in front of a customer, try not to be so mean about it next time when you’re mean to your employees and your customer, your environment is negative and people pick up on that Also, the food was cold and disgusting and there was a bone in my sons chicken.
