  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I was rushing to catch a flight and didn't expect much from an airport Chipotle but this location completely blew me away! The crew was fast, friendly, and had the line moving efficiently even during a busy rush. My burrito bowl was perfectly portioned, fresh and delicious — exactly what I needed before a long flight. The staff greeted me with a smile, listened carefully to my order, and made sure everything was just right. It's clear this young team takes pride in what they do. I'll definitely be stopping here every time I fly through MCO!

  Amazing work from the crew! Very fast, efficient, learned more about Chipotle during my first few visits and this was one of the locations. Extremely busy as I see. You guys need to understand the crew members are young, having fun, and stressed from the long lines! not an excuse to treat customers a certain way or be rude, yes, but, being a GM within a food industry customer service roles, customers get snappy. Enjoyed my interaction and chat with them ❤️, as well as my flavorful and colorful FOOD!!

  By far the worst customer service I have ever received at a Chipotle in 20 years. Three different staff assembled my order and all were rude, rushing me, and barely listening. I understand it’s a busy airport location but as many other reviews have said, the staff really seem to hate their jobs and make no attempt to provide customer service. Save your money and time and go to Moes or literally anywhere else in MCO.

  This crew is so efficient, quick and precise; but also friendly and patient. They are dealing with massive amounts of travelers, languages/accents and family situations, and handling it with grace. Great job. Food was fresh, portions good, very tasty. Prices are comparable to a stand alone location, not the ridiculous airport price upcharges.

  Today I got a cartinas kids quesadilla and I got no meat all cheese but got charged for it and it wasn’t even busy the service here is horrible and I work at the airport everyone seems to hate their jobs especially the girls and I also don’t appreciate them talking about me while I’m standing there I have really good hearing they were talking low but not that low as if no one could hear them ! I will never go back to that chipolte I’ll spend my money at moes before I come back to chipotle this is the 3rd time 😒
