They don’t even greet you, no “hello,” no “bye,” nothing. They give you bad looks and speak with an attitude, like they don’t want to be there. Honestly, every time I come to the mall I feel tempted to order Chipotle, but because of how bad the service is, I end up choosing somewhere else. The food might be good, but the experience completely ruins it.

It was disappointing, as that dressing is a key part of the meal I ordered. I hope inventory and preparation can be better managed in the future to avoid this happening so early in the day.
