  Came in at 10:39pm and in person tried to order a steak burrito, was looked dead in my face while physically looking at the available steak. That I could not get steak due to them having to hold it for ONLINE orders. On top of that this location is ridiculously dirty. Having a brown liquid in the spoon holder and some type of liquid substance in the fork holders.

  Restaurant closes at midnight now which is great! But don’t expect to dine in after 11 as they close their dining area then. And even between 1030-11 they will make you feel rushed if you dine in.

  I just got my online order and I didn’t even get chicken in my chicken burrito… not only that the other kids items I got with my order didn’t have the extra rice and extra chicken that I ordered. The quality of the food isn’t even great for them to be making mistakes like this the rice is hard and chicken the kids got is burnt.

  I ordered 3 meals online since the quesadillas are only available for online orders. My meal was extremely spicy since I added the new cilantro lime sauce. There was no mention about spiciness level on the app. I took one bite and could not eat it. I spoke to the manager to ask if I could get the meal remade without the sauce. The response I got was that because I ordered online and they did not do anything wrong with the order they could not redo the meal. After much discussion the manager agreed to give me some plain rice and beans. This was a very disappointing experience for someone who eats at chipotle once a week, but usually in a different location.

  I never ever write reviews on places but this situation I had with an employee genuinely upset me. I always try my very best to be kind to all staff in any place I go and it was no exception here. I ordered a bowl and went to pay. I thought to use a free entree from the app on this occasion and had it ready to scan as she typed up my order on screen. I scanned my app and went to pay the difference as I have always done at other locations with no issues. This time the lady at the register got confused and upset that I paid 12 cents for my order with my free entree and I explained I had a free entree in my app. She looks at me and says that’s not how it works and I should have said I had a free entree well in advance and now she has to redo the entire order. Which confused me as well because why did I pay 12 cents if it didn’t go through. She proceeded to explain to me how scanning works like I was a child in an annoyed tone. Which if it was a mistake on my part then that’s cool I’m sorry but I just wanted to know why I paid a random amount. I said I was willing to just pay in full or whatever she needed to do and then she huffed at me, got flustered and shoved my bowl across the counter towards me and sent lettuce flying. No lid. No bag. No receipt. She turns around and ignored me and I left. I did not appreciate the way she responded over a simple app mistake and it ruined this location for me.
