  O slogan do lugar tem uma vaca, dizendo: “Coma frango!”. Marketing Genial! Além dos sanduíches, as saladas são enormes, super bem servidas e muito saborosas!!! Peça o molho para acompanhar a salada, de avocado. DELICIOSO! As batatas waffle também são muito gostosas e complementam o prato! Pode escolher entre frango empanado ou frango grelhado, pra deixar a refeição ainda mais saudável. E ainda tem o molho deles pra acompanhar… Um ambiente descontraído, limpo, organizado e de fácil acesso. Eles possuem drive thru também!

  I’ve visited this LBV location many times and have never had an issue, until last night. I arrived at the drive-thru around 9:18 PM and was stared down by three employees standing together, talking among themselves. When I pulled up, there was no greeting or acknowledgment just blank stares, which felt very unwelcoming and unprofessional. They continued on with their conversation as if I wasn’t there. The overall customer service I experienced at that point was extremely poor and honestly disappointing, especially for a brand like Chick-fil-A, which is typically known for its high standards. The interaction felt awkward and dismissive, and it didn’t seem like there was any effort to provide even bare minimum service. When I reached the window, one employee did step in, greeted me politely, and helped complete my order. I appreciated his effort, and it made the experience slightly better. That said, it was concerning to see the three employees being on their phones while guests were present. This location can benefit from reinforcing customer service expectations and professionalism among staff or relocate them to an area in the back. I also noted one employee’s name was Sebas and I’m unsure of the others. I inserted pictures below. Management should be more precise on adding employees to their team, as they are a representation of your establishment and company. Review your CCTV footage. This experience was far below what I’ve come to expect from this location, and the Kissimmee location by Medieval Times is much more pleasant.

  Stopped by Chick-fil-A for takeout and had a smooth experience overall. The staff was helpful when taking my order, and the store was clean and well kept. The order was ready within minutes, which was great. The food was good—exactly what you’d expect from a fast food spot. Quick, efficient, and easy.
